00:10We are on episode 30 now, so I'll just have to say some things and that's it, so this will
00:17be brief.
00:18First of all, on the Mystical Justice Man wellness project yesterday, I had to make my workout short because I
00:29pulled the muscle in my neck and I couldn't work out no more, so I had to make it short.
00:35Usually I do the 10 reps. I do maybe like 90, 100 crunchers every rep, so I had to make
00:42yesterday's workout short because I was going through a lot of tiredness
00:47because I went out last Monday and Thursday doing a lot of walking. I did a strenuous workout on Tuesday,
00:54so and then my neck was killing me, so I had to make that short.
00:59The last night's workout was kind of short because of tiredness and stiffness in my neck.
