00:00Do you feel of celebrating 250 anniversaries here in Rome
00:03and you also begin this coastal diplomacy for 250 anniversaries?
00:10Listen, I'm thrilled to be here as an Italian-American,
00:15one of the 17 million Americans that have Italian heritage,
00:19and to be able to come back to this country and celebrate the 250th birthday
00:24is the greatest thrill in the world to me.
00:26I love my coastal diplomacy tour.
00:30I'm going to villages and towns that no ambassador's ever been to before.
00:35I got that question the other day in, gosh, where was I, Vibro Marina,
00:41and they said, what's it like traveling around and doing this on your yacht?
00:46And I said, it's wonderful.
00:47Tell me when the last ambassador ever came here.
00:49So if that's what it takes to get me to all these places
00:52and to meet these great leaders and business leaders
00:55and prefects and presidents and mayors of all these villages and all of these,
01:02and also the military leadership in all of these towns, it's been wonderful.
01:06Last Sunday afternoon, on my way to Vibro Marina, I stopped.
01:10I mean, there's a place that all of y'all should visit.
01:13I'm going to go visit there again.
01:15It's one of the cutest little villages I've ever been to
01:18that all of a sudden I'm traveling to Vibro Marina
01:21and at 1 o'clock in the afternoon, I'll look at a map and say,
01:24I want to stop there.
01:25And I had a wonderful time with the mayor
01:28and all the leadership in the community
01:29and leaders and his friends
01:32and, you know, had a couple of glasses of wine there,
01:36and it was just wonderful.
01:37I love what I'm doing.
