00:00What we wanted to do here on the farm was to make it something that the whole community
00:06could benefit from or enjoy. We ran courses here for a long time, some of you may have
00:12helped me pull some lambs out at some stage or another. That became tricky, you know,
00:18businesses have to change and more to keep going and one of the things that we started
00:24with here was a lovely young couple called Jess and Jake who said, we want to start a cafe here.
00:30I said, over my dead body. The pig and apple has been a huge success, as probably many of
00:37you know, for the last six years. So again, what do I know about this? We were then delighted
00:43to welcome in the Silver Circle Distillery from Petbrook. So they came here and established
00:48themselves here. The wonderful Catered Orchard Kitchen, a caterer extraordinaire moved in.
00:54And then we had two buildings that we thought, well, no one's really going to be brave enough
00:59to take them off. Because one had been home to a lot of pigs, that's Joe's building at the
01:05farm. And one had been home to a lot of goats, that's Kim's building right here. So it took
01:13two people who were going to be incredibly brave and rather visionary to think about setting
01:20up a business in those two buildings. And we thought it might be people who, I don't
01:26know, wanted to do something quite mucky. And instead, we ended up with two buildings that
01:34are absolutely achingly beautiful, but creative, collaborative, all the things that this farm
01:43stands for. So I would like you to join me in welcoming Joe and Kim to Humble by Nature and
01:52most of all
01:53ones that are vara. And we were hoping to celebrate.
01:54Amity Day
01:54And sure, where are you, to celebrate?
