Irapuato, Gto. (Opinión Bajío).-  "La paz no se construye desde una sola institución. La paz se construye sumando capacidades, compartiendo responsabilidades, trabajando con unidad. Porque la seguridad no reconoce colores, ideologías ni intereses particulares... La seguridad es una causa nacional", señaló el coordinador estatal de la Guardia Nacional en Guanajuato, General de Brigada DEM Homero Edmundo Blanco Lozada.

En su mensaje durante la ceremonia del 7º aniversario realizada en la XII Región Militar de Irapuato, el mando militar insistió en que todas las instituciones tienen un objetivo prioritario, que es servir a México y a sus habitantes.
