00:27This after Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulia announced Monday, June 29,
00:32his office is set to file plunder charges against Marcoleta before the Sandigan buy-in this week.
00:37Marcoleta reported spending P112 million for his 2025 senatorial run,
00:42but declared no campaign contributions in his documents filed with the Commission on Elections.
00:47The senator later acknowledged receiving P75 million in donations
00:51and alleged the funds were given before the official campaign period began.
00:54Meantime, Undersecretary Claire Castro says,
00:58President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has ordered maximum tolerance in the protest,
