00:08When you lose sight of joy, of freedom, of attainment and start feeling overwhelmed by stress.
00:16Stress is okay. You must learn to crack jokes when stressed.

00:25There is nobody who can live without stress and it is not even desirable that one lives with zero stress.
00:34You should have, however, things in life that are bigger than your stress.
