00:03We'll start this edition with some news just coming in and this is through our sources within the government of
00:08India which has now decided we're here to send Minister of State External Affairs Babithra Margarita and Bihar Governor, Lieutenant
00:17General Syed Atahasnain to represent India at the funeral of late Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
00:25That's the information we can share at this point in time. Well, in fact, these are details that we're learning
00:31from our sources where a union minister would be represented, a minister in the government and the governor of Bihar
00:39to represent India in Iran for the funeral of the slain Supreme Leader of Iran, Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
00:48This is the information at this hour. Remember, Iran had actually sent out a formal invitation to Prime Minister Narendra
00:55Modi for being a part of the ceremony for the funeral of the late Supreme Leader of Iran who was
01:01killed early in the month of February.
01:04Earlier this year in the attacks that took place, which of course really saw the beginning of the war between
01:11Iran, Israel and America, which is the West Asia war.
01:16The Supreme Leader was slain for months after the death of Iran's Supreme Leader.
01:22Invitations have gone out. In fact, Pranay is getting asked the very latest.
01:26Pranay, we understand that Iran had formally invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the same, but a union minister and
01:34the governor of Bihar would be a part of this.
01:38The government of India has decided to send the minister of state for external affairs, Pranay, Ramadurita, as well as
01:44Bihar governor, retired left-wing general, Sayyed Atta Hasnan, to represent India and people of India in the funeral-related
01:51events of late Supreme Leader of Iran, Iran Ali Khamenei.
01:55And in fact, this is the decision which has been made by the government of India.
02:00So we are waiting for the formal announcement, but this is what we are learning from our sources, that both
02:05these two leaders will be representing the support of India.
02:09And in fact, you know, if you see Sayyed Atta Hasnan, he's a retired military general who also served as
02:18a 15-core commander.
02:19And in fact, he served in Kashmir, and in Kashmir, we have seen that, you know, how many people have,
02:24you know, gathered support and also conveyed, there are a lot of Shiite community as well.
02:30And in fact, this also conveys the sentiments of Shiite community in India.
02:34So, therefore, both these leaders will be representing India, and they will be traveling to Tehran to participate and convey
02:41India's condolences in the funeral events of the late Supreme Leader of Iran.
02:47Bringing in those details is my colleague Pranay Upad, telling us about what India is going to do as far
02:54as India's representation in Iran for the funeral of the slain Supreme Leader in Iran is concerned here.
