40:33And the group is, now it's at like 20 people big.
40:36And I'm like, like we've been just waiting, haven't moved.
40:39And so I like talked to him.
40:40I'm like, guys, like what, why are we like, why, what are we doing?
40:42Like, what, can we not do this?
40:43Like, can, why are you cutting us in line?
40:45He's like, what are you going to do?
40:47Wait, you're going to fight me?
40:48And I was like, no, I'm not going to fight you.

40:56I was like, Oh, so then it was crazy.
40:58Cause the cops came over and they were, and Carter like told him what was going on.

42:17But, so I wasn't expecting to like this the same, if not more than episode one, but I

42:22I liked this the same, if not more than the first episode.

43:55up to his mom too, is like his sweet mom that like was just so nice.
43:59Like he has been so hindered by just his circumstances that doesn't seem like he can change and that
44:06are frankly just out of control and should never exist.
44:10Like it's a, it's a tragedy that even a place like that could ever exist.

44:14So it's like, and if this is based off of like a true story, then my gosh, you know, I'm
44:20sure it's true.
44:21I'll never, it really just, I mean, yeah, it seems like it's always the school.

44:27It isn't like, like if you're, if that's the state of your school, you shouldn't have

45:46They're like just getting money.
45:47And so then like the gang leader gets a part of that, but then he gives it to the higher
45:51up and then yada, yada, yada, yada.

45:56And I just, I, I, I do think that this show, not only is it, it's really self-aware, but
46:02I do feel like, like the writing of the small things is really good.

46:12And he's like that kid, he's like, it's okay.
46:14It's okay.
46:15And then like our main teachers, like, but are you really okay?
46:18And then like, he breaks down that barrier.
46:20Pulls a good little hunting on him.
46:22It's just like, so good, you know, like just little things like that.
46:25It's, it's, I don't know.
46:27I feel like the show is doing a really good job of making you.
46:30It's not just some aura farming teacher beating up bullies in high school.
46:35Which it is.
46:37But it's not just that, you know, like they, they add the other parts of like humanity
46:42and real life into it too.
46:43It's being like three different shows at the same time.
46:45There's like this weird political controversy, mystery.
46:50And then there's like the action, uh, fighting over dramatic stuff.
46:56And then there's like the real like emotional scene.
46:59Like there's not three shows.
47:01Yeah, it's pretty layered.
47:01They're incorporating three ideas really well.

47:05So I, and they're using this, like the RPB and this like corporal punishment as a front
47:11for like the real emotional lessons.
47:13Cause like what those students didn't need to feel was fear.
47:15They need to feel like remorse for their actions.
47:18Which hopefully they did.

47:19After sort of breaking.
47:21Well, and fear like authority.
47:23Yeah.
47:24Yeah.
47:24But like consequence.
47:25Like you don't want them to be afraid of coming to school.
47:27You want them to be able to come.
47:28Well, they don't need to as long as they live.
47:31Well, and I think that's kind of what he was saying in the end.
47:32He's like, if you want to take the classes, show up.
47:34If you don't, don't.
47:35Just don't get in the way of other people, you know.
47:37But like, yeah, he wants them, he wants them to come to school, to be around each other
47:41and to learn.
47:42And the people that want to be there will, will show up.
47:44It seems like this show is really like, it's not like, it doesn't seem like a show that's
47:48trying to make some giga Chad epic character.
47:52Like they're actually like focusing on real things.
47:55Like they, they always come back to that.
47:57Like it, it doesn't like, it seems like a genuine message they're trying to create,
48:00which is, which is always like, it's a good payoff.
48:04It's always worth watching.
48:05Well, he could have, he could have taken like a revenge plot type arc instead of trying
48:11to change things.
