00:00Toy Story 5 pays homage to the entire saga and some details are really subtle.
00:05I make videos about movies and TV series, if you like them, subscribe!
00:08Behind Woody, there's a backdrop featuring the famous blue clouds.
00:12which immediately bring to mind Andy's room in the very first Toy Story.
00:16At another point, Woody says to Buzz, "Look, an alien!"
00:20Well, that's a direct nod to their famous joke from the first movie.
00:24The new Buzz Lightyears believe they are real Space Rangers once again.
00:27exactly like Buzz in 1995.
00:30They even mention Star Command and talk about Zugg again.
00:33with a new reference to the cult revelation from Toy Story 2.
00:38And the most touching detail concerns Jessie.
00:40A keepsake box shows Emily, its former owner,
00:43named his own daughter Jessie.
00:46And later, we see Jessie wearing the same pearls
00:48which come from the same box.
