00:03As I said, today is the first step.
00:05This first step sometimes is the hardest one,
00:08but it's an important one and the one we've taken together.
00:10And we're very grateful that this has come about
00:12and that the timing is such that all of you could cover it and report it back.
00:16And hopefully we'll have many more of these conversations
00:19and make real and tangible progress
00:22so that the people of both of these countries can be hopeful about their future.
00:25A future of peace, a future of prosperity,
00:27a future of mutual coexistence in a way that's beneficial to the men and women and children,
00:34including those not yet born, who deserve what all people deserve,
00:38and that is the right to live in their country without fear of harm,
00:42without fear of war, without fear of conflict.
00:44The trilateral framework we sign today is a first step
00:48on the road to restoring Lebanese sovereignty and territorial integrity,
00:53securing a permanent and final cessation of hostilities
00:57enabling our people to go back to their land
01:00and allowing all Lebanese to live in peace, security, and prosperity.
01:05In this performance-based trilateral framework agreement,
01:10Iran is out, Hezbollah is out,
01:14and the road to peace between Israel and Lebanon is in.
01:18Thank you very much.
01:23Thank you very much.
01:24Thank you very much.
01:24Thank you very much.
01:25Thank you very much.
01:26Grazie a tutti.
