00:43I try to wind down every day, so much so that I wind up at work and wind down at
00:52home as
00:53much as possible. But do I feel energetic after resting in this concrete jungle? Do I
01:00feel solace after the slight silence I feel by closing my windows? Does my health
01:07still support me after that the only way I cope with my experiences is winding
01:13down? Maybe I have the entire meaning of winding down wrong. Maybe I have to be one
01:21of nature where all this chaos would really make sense. Maybe I have to challenge my
01:28constant fatigue to go out and experience all the little things that truly add meaning to my life.
01:35Maybe more than rest, I need direction. A direction not just to survive but to truly live life.
01:51So, I wonder if you're the one who you're the ones that you can share with me about it.
02:06You can't say everything, if you're the one who wants to carry out and take a lifetime
02:09but you can't enjoy your dreams and ask for yourself.
02:09I can't tell anybody now why I'm not going to take a minute before you blow it up.
02:13I can't say anything, I can't make a minute now.
