01:30This fit girl gradually aspired to become a model.
01:35Amidst a wonderful life with friends, her birthday arrived.
01:41On October 3rd, 2012, all of Sanam's friends organized a surprise party, and they began
01:47to persuade her to attend, as she had never been out before.
01:53She tells her parents, and they also think that now she's earning a good income.

02:02Her father says, son, it's your birthday, enjoy it with others.
02:06But let me mention one more thing here.
02:10This girl had never smoked before, even after turning 19.
02:14This was going to be her first time, and her friends were about to tempt her to drink.

03:42This sounded incredibly strange, and then the doctors revealed something even more bizarre.
03:49They declared that the heart in Sanam's body wasn't hers at all, but rather that the heart
03:54found inside her body belonged to another man.
03:59Now, consider what happened overnight in that closed room that caused the girl's heart to
04:04change.
04:06After everything came to light, the parents declared that it wasn't a heart attack.
04:11There could be a major conspiracy behind this.
04:13They launched a campaign, demanding justice, and the case was eventually handed over to the
04:18central intelligence agency, SID.
04:20However, even the Maharashtra SID couldn't solve it.
04:24They also believed Sanam's death was due to a heart attack.
04:28Two years later, in 2014, the case was handed over to the CBI.
04:34The CBI felt that Sanam's body should be examined again.
04:38After a court order, the grave was exhumed and Sanam's body was exhumed.

04:48During the initial post-mortem, doctors at Kalina Hospital had determined that the heart belonged
04:54to a boy.
04:55But this time, when the CBI investigated, the Hyderabad forensic team revealed that the

05:53their friends, and even their college and work backgrounds.

06:09This means that these 17 people were found to have any involvement in the sexual activity that took place that

07:08The CBI learns that on the day Sanam's post-mortem was performed in 2012,
07:13another body, belonging to a man, had been found inside the hospital.
07:21The CBI concludes that when the doctors were separating the remains during the post-mortem,
07:26Sanam's heart may have been exchanged with the boys, further complicating the case.
07:34However, Sanam's family continues to pressure the CBI.
07:40Everyone hopes that Sanam will finally get justice, and the CBI team will finally conclude what happened to Sanam that
07:46night.
07:48However, the mystery of this case is not so simple that anyone can solve it.
