00:00Welcome to the 34th Annual General Meeting of Adani Enterprises.
00:11There are some years in a group's history that are more than milestones.
00:23They become defining years, years that prove the strength of conviction, years that demonstrate
00:44the power of resilience, years that reveal the difference between those who wait for clarity
01:00and those that build through volatility.
01:10FY 2025-26 was one such year for your group.
01:20It was a year in which the world grew more fractured.
01:31Complex energy security models returned to the center of national strategy and technology
01:41became inseparable from sovereignty.
01:48However, even in the face of these challenges, your Adani group remained anchored to an unwavering
02:01belief, India's future cannot wait.
02:09While others debated, your group built advancing its journey as the world's most integrated
02:21infrastructure platform across energy, transport, logistics, utilities and industrial manufacturing.
02:38This progress did not come in a calm condition for us.
02:45It came in the middle of extraordinary scrutiny.
02:54However, we did not bend, we did not pause because what we have always been defined by,
03:13it is not the noise that surrounds us, but the strength of our response.
03:26Not the intensity of the challenge, but the clarity of our purpose.
03:37Not the criticism, but the nation building, we intensely to believe in.
03:48Just one example of this belief was our Rs. 25,000 crore rights issue earlier this year.
04:03This was more than a capital event.
04:08I saw it as a referendum on our credibility.
04:15It was one of the largest rights issue in the history of India Inc.
04:25And your response was very clear.
04:32At a time when some tried to create doubt, you answered with convictions.
04:41You responded with a participation and you provided us the mandate to help keep building India.
04:56And due to this spirit of a nation building, the theme of my address this year focuses on accelerating infrastructure,
05:11leveraging intelligence.
05:14In airports, we achieved two defining milestones with the opening of Navi Mumbai International Airport and the new integrated terminal
05:31building at Guwahati Airports, both inaugurated by our Honorable Prime Minister.
05:42Earlier this year, both these airports made it to the list of the world's seven most beautiful
05:54airports.
05:57The commencement of operations at Navi Mumbai Airport in December 2025 also marked a proud
06:10moment in India's aviation landscape with a 90-million passenger capacity airport built in a world record time of just
06:24over four years.
06:28In digital and industrial infrastructure, our data center business is firmly on the path to building a three gigawatt platform
06:41by 2030.
06:45The binding MOU for a gigawatt scale data center with a Google in a Visakhapatnam reflects both the scale of
07:02the digital demand ahead and the confidence that global technology leaders
07:12of the world's seven years, such as Google, Microsoft, Uber, and Flipkart are placing on us.
07:26Across our mining services business, four new MDO agreements took our capacity to a record 145 million tons per annum,
07:43thereby further consolidating our positions as India's largest private miner and helping secure the
07:54market.
07:54So, this is a critical resource, critical resource flow for the broader industrial economy.
08:02At Adani Cement, we contributed to iconic national projects ranging from the Chenab Railway Bridge to Navi Mumbai International Airport
08:19and the Yumiadham Foundations in Ahmedabad.
08:27Over the past year, our cement platform expanded significantly with total capacity increasing to 110 million tons per annum.
08:42In defence and aerospace, our ambitions became even bolder.
08:54Our partnerships with a Leonardo and Embraer are helping lay the foundation for integrated helicopter and regional aircraft.
09:12Manufacturing ecosystems in India.
09:17We are building a national aerospace platform that spans manufacturing, MRO, services, and pilot training.
09:36I am also privileged to say that during Operation Sindhur, our drones, anti-drone systems, missiles, and ammunition supported our
09:57armed forces when it mattered the most.
10:03We are now a public loan.
