Senators Win, Raffy say school violence 'crisis' must be addressed

Senators Sherwin Gatchalian and Raffy Tulfo said in separate statements, on Wednesday, June 24, that the apparent violence occurring in local schools has turned into a "crisis" that authorities must address.
