00:03So, how to come out of the bad mood?
00:06Don't stay in the same place.
00:10You see, often people when they are in a bad mood,
00:16they stay in the same place.
00:18That increases the anger inside of you.
00:23If that doesn't work, go for a walk, calm your mind.
00:27And if that doesn't work, look at yourself in the mirror.
00:31You will get scared.
00:37And that will say,
00:39is that me that I am looking at?
00:42Who is that person?
00:48You see, when you are in a certain mood,
00:51you know.
00:55Forgive, forgiveness can come only from the heart.
01:01You can't forgive when you are in anger.
01:08The same.
01:10To be able to forgive, you have to be at peace with yourself.
01:14You know, it's not just a word, you know.
01:17Very often somebody make a mistake, say,
01:19I am sorry.
01:21They don't really mean it, you know.
01:24They just say it, I am sorry, without meaning it.
01:28Or they will tell you, I love you.
01:31This is also another word which people don't really mean.
01:35They tell you, I love you.
01:36They don't mean it.
01:39Because if they will mean it, there is no need even to say it.
01:46It's just because you like to hear it, that's why.
01:55So, love, to be able to forgive, you have to be calm.
02:05So, first you have to calm yourself.
02:11And sincerely to forgive you have to be really, you have to mean it, you know.
02:17Then the forgiveness has some weight. Otherwise, no.
02:23That's why people are, you see, very often, you see, people keep hanging on.
02:31You know, somebody has hurt you, but the person has asked you for forgiveness,
02:35have you sincerely forgive that person?
02:38No.
02:39You keep thinking.
02:43Round and round you keep thinking about that,
02:46because you have felt hurt.
02:50You can't let go.
02:51But there is also beautiful moment.
02:53Why you don't hang upon the beautiful moment?
02:59That will make you happy.
03:01But you choose to be unhappy.
03:06When you choose to be unhappy, you can't blame somebody else.
03:11You are responsible for your happiness and your sadness.
03:15Nobody is responsible for that.
03:18Nobody can make you unhappy or happy,
03:21apart from yourself.
03:24That choice is there.
03:28You choose to be happy.
03:30Happiness is something that you choose.
03:33You can be happy for no matter what reason, maybe.
03:37You can plan it.
03:39Say, no matter what will be, I will be happy.
03:45But do you do that?
03:48No, you don't.
03:49You plan your happiness in a way that,
03:52my happiness best depends on something.
03:55If that is the result of that, I will be happy.
03:59But most of the time it's not the result.
04:03Then you are sad.
04:05So, happiness is one thing that you can plan in advance, you know.
04:11Don't wait for the result to come.
04:14Make sure that no matter what is the result, whether it is positive or negative,
04:20see the – you will be happy.
04:25Otherwise, no matter the result will be, you will be also sad.
