00:24out so I feel like he really has that balance well and yeah the half time team.
00:29I know people spoke about that he must have given a bit of a rocket but it was the opposite
00:33really, it was more just saying what's the worst thing that can happen if we don't win this game or
00:40whatever it's not sort of the end of the world but he wants us to go out and perform how
00:44he knows we can do it and you saw the reaction after half time and how well we did so
00:49I think that sort of speaks volumes of sort of his leadership and how he goes about it.
