00:00He can really hold a room when he speaks. I feel like everyone listens and he does sort of lead
00:06a room well. So I feel like he's got that both sides to him where he can go to the
00:10baseball last night and throw a first pitch and you can sit and chat to him. But, you know, when
00:14it comes to training, you expect certain standards from the lads. And I think we're quite good as a group
00:19anyway, really pushing those sort of standards. But if you see something he doesn't like, he calls it out. So
00:24I feel like he really has that balance well.
00:27And, yeah, the half-time teams, I know people spoke about that. He must have given them a bit of
00:32a rocker. But it was the opposite, really. It was more just saying, what's the worst thing that can happen?
00:38Yeah, if we don't win this game or whatever, it's not sort of the end of the world. But he
00:43wants to go out and perform how he knows we can do it. And you saw the reaction after half
00:48-time and how well we did. So I think that sort of speaks volumes of sort of his leadership and
00:54how he goes about it.
