00:44And the youngsters, I feel jealous of you.
00:47I wish I was about 30 years younger.
00:50And I had probably not chosen to, you know, graduate somewhere else.
01:00But anyway, I'll get going here.
01:03So, Father was an agnostic management thinker.
01:09He never believed in formal education.
01:12The one thing he used to tell us is that go to any institution in the world, we will send
01:18you there, but then come back, unlearn whatever you've learned there, and then start learning again in my university, the
01:27Ramoji University, and which is what we exactly did.
01:33But he never stood in our way of going abroad, you know, studying abroad, neither us or his grandchildren, but
01:43a very avid reader of Dale Carnegie and Drucker,
01:53right in the way back in the 1958, 1959, very avid reader, and to the last day, he was a
02:02practitioner of management principles, though he never believed in formal management education.
02:11I think the relationship began with Thomas Schmidhaini Center here and Professor Kavil.
02:19The relationship began with ISB, and then hopefully it will continue to grow and flourish.
