00:44scientifically it has been very predibly demonstrated that a green diet contains
00:50everything that the body needs for its healthy operations with the science and
00:58technology that we have with the kind of agricultural production that we have and
01:03with the state of the climate that we have there is no way we can we can justify
01:08this left to itself the body is not going to clamor for meat it's coming only from
01:15one point the good old ego and its quest towards self-preservation
