00:00It's very unusual for a manager who's winning in a big game
00:03and the team are playing quite well, we were playing well,
00:06to make three substitutions all at once.
00:08Usually we'd think that's a team that's either drawing,
00:10that's desperate to get a goal back, or they're losing.
00:12I honestly thought it was really brave and positive to do it
00:16whilst we were winning.
00:17That is a difference.
00:19We didn't make that many substitutions in the last tournament
00:22when we were winning matches, I didn't feel.
00:24Yeah, because we've got a different manager with different outlook,
00:26a more positive outlook in respect.
00:28Unless there's no disrespect to anybody else,
00:29this is a manager that, like I said, he's got his plan,
00:32he's going to stick to his plan.
00:34Since he got the job, he kept speaking about having a harmony in the group.
00:38He's said that so many times, because he does want lads coming off the bench
00:42because of the length of the tournament, the conditions obviously,
00:44which is going to get tougher.
00:46When you come off the bench, you're ready to go.
00:49You're not coming on going, I can't believe I'm so bad.
00:52So these lads came on with a spring in a step.
00:56I'm going to have an impact, I'm not upset.
00:58So that's why this happy travellers type of mentality
01:02and the players did have an impact.
01:03And that's what you want from your players off the bench.
01:04But this is what Tuchel's done, isn't it?
01:05This is what people are talking about.
01:06He wants good tourists.
01:07They all came on last night and showed that that's what they are.
