Universal Truth #1 THE TRUTH OF ONENESS

This first truth recognizes that nothing is lost in the universe. Matter comes from energy and goes back to energy. Decaying plants and animals become soil. Seeds sprout from the soil giving birth to new plants, which animals feed on. The cycle continues. I am born of my parents, my children are born of me. Everything in the universe is one. I am the same as plants, as other worlds, as the rain that falls and the sun that shines. I consist of that which is around me. I am the same as everything. If I destroy anything, I destroy a part of me.
