01:04the sub-training sessions after the game and stuff like this,
01:06you can see the level of quality, the level of talent,
01:09and I think it's just truly amazing.

01:12And, yeah, like I said, you know, coming up to this big Australia game,

01:42Like, you know he's an incredible, incredible player,
01:45and it doesn't matter kind of what happened towards the end of his club
01:48where he wasn't scoring and he was having his own sort of times with the club
01:53that weren't as enjoyable as this first half of the season,
01:56but we know when he comes to represent the national team
01:58that he's going to leave absolutely everything out there
02:00and he's got the quality to, you know, play the game as he wants
02:04and get us through it.
02:05And I think we look at every player as important on the team,
02:08but he's one of the leaders of the group,
02:11one of the most experienced and someone we can really lean on.

02:33There's not many upsets, I think, in our group especially.
02:37Like, there's a lot of quality and the teams are all pretty evenly matched,
02:40so it was, you know, it was enjoyable to watch the game and see them,
02:45see what both teams have got to offer.
02:47And I think Australia, you know, they were really comfortable defending
02:49and they put everything on the line
02:51and obviously they were a real big threat on the counter-attack as well.
02:54So training up in the next few days is just going to be about
02:57how we kind of nullify their threats
02:59and then what positions we need to get into
03:01to exploit their back line
03:02and obviously try and score goals.
03:18I think we've set a standard for ourselves and, yeah, we've set an expectation
03:24that if that's the level we can perform at, then why not do that all the time
03:27and it's not going to be as easy as we're just going to turn up
03:30and play a perfect game every time.
03:31There's going to be moments where we're against it
03:32and we have to figure out how to try and grind out results
03:35and win games when we're not doing so well.
03:37But in an ideal world, we set up every game pretty well like we did
03:42and execute the game plan how we did and we keep going.
03:46But I think the performance has definitely got the country excited
03:50and the world, you know, to kind of recognize that, you know,
03:53we're a really good team and we can do things in this tournament,
03:55which I don't think people expected us to do beforehand.
04:24I got some minutes last time we played Australia and I thought, yeah,
04:27they were a very, very tough team to play against.
04:30In that game, it was a really, really close game.
04:32I think we played very well in the day, but we know that, you know,
04:35this is going to be a very tough World Cup match.
04:37Every game is very tough no matter who you play against
04:40and, of course, with the team with Australia,
04:41they've made some really good ones in the last World Cup,
04:43so we need to be ready to go.
04:47Of course, you know, I'm always ready to play.
04:48I'm always ready to do my thing no matter what, you know, hopefully.
04:52Yeah, I mean, Messi's my favorite player of all time, of course,
04:54so to watch him at 38 years old score a hat trick was something, you know,
04:58that's it's not normal, you know what I mean?
05:01So it was crazy to watch and amazing to watch with the guys, you know,
05:04everybody doing the Messi chant and stuff like that, so it was amazing.
