00:22And the trainer is there to direct my body to do what it has to do.

00:29So I spend that one hour thinking about things.
00:32And I don't even try to remember which particular exercise I am doing.
00:36I let the body follow the instructions.
00:38And that one hour, I get to meditate in solitude.
00:42The body is gymming.
00:43And I am continuously at work here.
00:48Because I am not thinking about the rod or number of reps.
00:52I am thinking about work.
00:54Let the body exercise.
00:56I am thinking about work.
00:56You will not know when you will find the train departed.
01:03You must know that there is a battle to fight.
01:06And every minute has to be invested in it.
