World Cup fans slog through rain for Portugal vs DR Congo

Steady rain greeted soccer fans at Houston Stadium on Wednesday (June 17), ahead of the match between Portugal and Democratic Republic of Congo. DR Congo are playing a first match at the World Cup in 52 years, while Portugal feature in a seventh straight global finals and ninth overall.
