പദ്ധതിയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് കേന്ദ്രം തടഞ്ഞുവച്ചിരുന്ന 99 കോടിയിലധികം രൂപ സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതിനുപുറമെ 106 കോടി രൂപ കൂടി കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാർ അനുവദിച്ചു.
