00:00I'm on day 4, 3, 4 of my deload week. What I'm learning is, as Corey Rowe likes to say,
00:08if you're going to train hard, you have to recover hard. I definitely have been training
00:14at a new level of intensity in every way, probably on week 5 or 6. Literally just hit a wall
00:21and so
00:22need to do a deload week. And it is so tempting to like want to literally take the whole week
00:28off
00:29because my body is so sore. But I've been doing mobility stuff, much, much lighter loads with
00:38the things that Corey's been sending me. Even though I know this rationally and intellectually,
00:44he's reminding me this kind of a week, the hydration and the nutrition and the sleep
00:50has to be on point, locked in.
