00:17Hyderabad Cricket Association and TG20 Governing Council would like to make few announcements.
00:24The first one is Vijay Devarkunda, a film star and youth icon, has come forward on board to be official
00:34brand ambassador for TG20.
00:37This makes the league more attractive because, you know, he would be joining us, you know, local fans are showing
00:48more enthusiasm in order to come forward to witness the league.
00:53We would be having eight franchisee teams and then 32 matches, 21 days.
01:0221 days are going to be really exciting for the state of Telangana.
01:09And apart from that, Sriniti University has come forward as the lead sponsor, title sponsor for TG20.
01:19So we are happy that, you know, that they have shown interest on cricket for the state of Telangana.
01:29As the Black Cricket Association Secretary, Mr. Jeevan Reddy, has said, we have quite a few developments in terms of
01:37TG20 sponsorship, brand ambassadors and schedules.
01:41And then we are also happy to inform you that we have powered by sponsors, GMR, as well as Telangana
01:49Tourism.
01:50Telangana Tourism is also very keen that this is a big, big event of Telangana sports.
01:55If you see in the International Cricket Stadium, 21 days of cricket for Telangana cricketers and happening in a style
02:05of like IPL, mini IPL, one of a kind of a event which never happened in Telangana state.
02:12But 21 days, this level of tournament, and this, as you know, is going to be telecasted live by Star
02:19Sports and U-Hot Star.
02:22So the whole state is going to be looking forward to see a very exciting tournament starting from 21st of
02:30June and going up to 12th of July.
02:33So as you are aware, there are 32 matches and then played in 21 days.
02:40So literally there are 19 playing days in the 21 days schedule.
02:45So day to day, every day we have matches.
02:48Two days we have one match, but most of the days we have two matches.
02:53One afternoon match and one evening match.
02:56The afternoon match will be played at 2.15pm and evening match will be played at 7.15pm.
03:03So back-to-back matches, literally every day.
03:06In a few days, there will be only one match, either at 2.15pm or 7.15pm.
03:11And all these matches will be relayed live by Star Sports and U-Hot Star.
03:16So the first match will be played on 21st of July.
03:20The first match will be played at 7.15pm, but the opening ceremony will start at 5.30pm.
03:26A beautiful program is in the state.
03:28It's a fantastic environment where we are expecting a huge crowd to come into the stadium.
03:34And it's a good experience for everybody to experience the Uppal Rajivaganza International Stadium
03:40in its full glory with all lights on, with all entertainment on.
03:45And this match will be played at 7.15pm with Palamuru Hikis versus Anvitha Kammamu.
