00:09Francesca made my Lagos experience one I will never forget
00:13From the moment the tour began, she didn't just show me Lagos, she introduced me to it
00:19We explored some of the city's most iconic places, including the Leckie Conservation Center, the J. Randall Center for Yoruba
00:29Culture
00:29and History, and the National Museum Lagos
00:33One of my favorite stops was the Nike Art Gallery, where we had the incredible opportunity to meet the owner,
00:40the queen of the gallery herself
00:42But what made the experience truly special was everything in between
00:47Francesca didn't just highlight the landmarks, she gave me a real-life glimpse into Lagos
00:53From navigating the traffic to stopping by local grocery stores, from exploring art spaces to sharing a relaxed lunch, every
01:02moment felt authentic and alive
01:04And through it all, we laughed, truly laughed, the kind of laughter that stays with you long after the day
01:11is over
01:12What started as a tour quickly became something more
01:17Francesca wasn't just a guide, she became a friend
01:20And because of her, Lagos will always hold a special place in my heart
01:26I was picked up at my hotel, and provided with a hamper of water and snacks
01:31The car was comfortable
01:33I would have liked a bit more information while driving like more about Lagos, the geography and size, without having
01:41to ask the questions
01:42The best part of the tour was the visit to the Leckie Conservation Area and Canopy Walk
01:48It is completely safe and breathtaking
01:52The visit to the Nike Museum was rushed, as well as the Leckie Arts and Crafts Market
01:57I felt I would have liked to browse a bit more, but felt the guide was rushing me
02:03The one museum was closed, which I felt the guide should have known about
02:08All in all, I really enjoyed the tour, but felt as a privateer, I should have had more explanations
02:16Bright was a wonderful tour guide and driver
02:19There were goodie bags in the car when we were picked up, with water and small snacks
02:25My dad loved the history museum
02:28Leckie Conservation Center was so much fun
02:31You should definitely pack light, and wear good tennis shoes for climbing slash walking on the canopy bridge
02:38We ended our trip by going to the Nike Art Gallery, which is huge, five levels of mixed media, paintings,
02:46collages, sculptures, you name it
02:49Bright went above and beyond by taking lots of pictures on his own phone and sending them to me when
02:55my phone overheated and stopped working
02:59Communication was great, and I highly recommend booking this excursion
03:04Bright was a very friendly guide, but I feel that the tour operator did not give him appropriate training
03:11Usually during tours, my guide will share the history of the country, of the city, and feed me facts non
03:18-stop
03:18I got nothing from Bright
03:21I'm also disappointed that the tour is very short for the money I paid
03:25For this price range I'm usually taken to markets and given local, street, food to experiment, but here I felt
03:33some checkboxes were ticked and the tour came to an end
03:37Unfortunately there aren't many other tours being offered for Lagos
03:43This made my trip to Lagos phenomenal
03:46Bright is the best tour guide slash driver
03:50Extremely knowledgeable and professional with a great sense of humor
03:54He really understands customer service
03:57I have already plastered my WhatsApp with pics and videos from the evening
04:02I was completely pleased with the entire evening and will be requesting Bright again when I return to Nigeria for
04:09holiday
04:10And referring him to any of my friends and family traveling to Lagos
04:15Memories that will be maintained forever
04:18God bless
