00:06I'll look at only those AI image and video generators that are not only free
00:12but also uncensored or at least some of those which claim to be so make sure you
00:20watch till the end of the video to make the most of all the information provided
00:25that's what they all say but first I have to give a couple of warnings no not the
00:32kind of warnings you may be thinking of this is a YouTube after all so there's
00:37not going to be anything particularly spicy here
00:43the first warning I have to give is that at least 70% of those sites offering image
00:50generation but that is both free of charge up in China and a great real
00:55censorship interface is in China China's done it again
01:05no no wait wait wait a minute stop ah that's better no look just because
01:15they're Chinese that's no cause for alarm in itself yes yes I I know they put
01:22back doors in mobile phones and household IOT devices that's well known by now
01:30hmm okay I know Chinese hackers infiltrated power grids and telecom companies in the
01:37US and Europe but okay okay so there have been hidden communication devices
01:44found in Chinese made solar panels and even in Chinese made city buses but they
01:53would never do anything like that with AI not AI okay okay so the CapCut AI video
02:03editor was found to be stealing user data but what I mean is just video and image
02:11generators okay a second warning I should give is that some of these generative AI
02:18websites have truly terrible ratings on sites like Trustpilot well make of that
02:24what you will but assuming you're still watching and want to know some of the
02:29better-known Chinese models have Chinese sounding names as you may expect like
02:35Hen Yuan presumably meaning very far but others have names that give no clue as to
02:41where they're based some are based in China or someone not based in China when
02:47reviewing the Adobe Firefly platform AI enthusiast Dan Cleef pointed out that
02:53they didn't offer any of the Chinese models for security reasons but a minute
02:58later stated that he would like to see clean one and see dance being offered
03:03actually clean is now this logic may seem difficult to understand at first but a
03:09comment made by network security expert Bruce Schneier set some light on the
03:14state of mind that draws people to these models close the video to read the full

03:25so here are some of the main Chinese AI models I have to confess I've never used
03:34any of the well-known Chinese models directly from their own websites frankly I
03:41wouldn't dare I did however try cling within the open art platform not only did he

04:00other the display language of several Windows utilities on my computer had been
04:06changed from British English to Chinese the original OS display language at

04:24supposedly need to log out and then log back in again for them to take effect
04:29however I found that even without logging out some changes will take effect but
04:35the question is how was this done without any interaction on my part and why
04:45here are a few points to bear in mind when you visit any of these websites
04:57come into my website personal information is like clothing it just gets in the way let's take a look at
05:05some of the non-Chinese offerings but remember just because the Chinese models or their websites
05:14are untrustworthy that doesn't mean that the non-Chinese models or websites are
05:20trustworthy don't be surprised if what you find is more artificial than
05:26intelligence you're not a person you're not going to tell them some videos on
05:36YouTube and elsewhere are claiming or suggesting that arena and via are free
05:42and uncensored that's not been my experience in fact via is so uncensored that
05:50even the dancing pigs seen earlier in this video didn't escape censorship it is
05:56however one of the better free no sign insights in the first video on
06:02generative AI I introduced Venice AI which claims to be free and uncensored but in
06:09fact it is either free or uncensored that is if you're willing to pay it's uncensored but
06:16only for single images not video perchance which did so well in the spelling contest in
06:23the first video does seem to fit the description of this video but it also lives up to its name
06:30it's a
06:31game of chance are perchance's images photorealistic well photorealistic is an
06:41imprecise term it just means the image looks like it was taken with a camera
06:45rather than drawn by hand but of course not all cameras were created equal alive AI and
06:53APOP AI require sign in an email and email verification they're not really for image
07:00and video generation per se but are geared more towards avatar creation however if you
07:07want an avatar who is not fond of wearing clothes they can do that too one option I'm
07:14not going to cover here is running an AI locally that is installing it on your own
07:18computer this requires more GPU power than most people have but it will gradually become more
07:25realistic over the next few years so I'm may cover it in a future video needless to say you
07:32can install the entire Chinese Communist Party on your computer this way if you're not careful there
07:39are also some people who claim that even mainstream censored models can be tricked into producing
07:46uncensored images or videos it won't work with something like this as you can see it seems
07:53like the age of consent in the US has risen considerably recently seriously this may be an
07:59overreaction by the industry to claims made recently regarding sexualized images of minors against certain
08:07billionaires who refused to abide by any law they don't like here's a non-sexualized image of a
08:14minor I can't abide there is some truth to these reports and it turns out all you need are some
08:21really simple prompts no not that simple anyway if you do trick these AI models just do it for
08:30legitimate adult content don't do it for anything legal I should also mention that many many websites
08:37offering generative AI services are in the dot AI top-level domain this belongs to Anguila a small
08:45Caribbean island state so it doesn't really tell you anything about where the website is truly based
08:52some may be trustworthy some not but finally as promised at the beginning of the video here is
09:01some really useful information I found this dot AI site I just have to introduce you to this one was
09:09well let's just say pretty damn good to say the least I'm visiting it now with my screen recorder blur
09:15because although the home page looks YouTube friendly as soon as you go in it's really explicit so click to
