Iran's football rederation says its ticket allocation for the World Cup has been withdrawn, just days before the tournament kicks. Supports are now unable to attend the matches despite making travel plans.

00:17Based on FIFA regulations, the Federation said it should be allocated 8% of tickets for each match.
00:23It had already begun selling tickets for Iran's group stage games against Belgium, Egypt and New Zealand
00:29but said it can now no longer provide a single ticket to supporters.
00:33The dispute comes as Iran's national team arrived in Mexico earlier this week
00:38after relocating its training base from the US in late May.
00:42The World Cup will begin on Thursday with a record 48 teams to play across the US, Canada and Mexico.
00:48It is the first ever World Cup co-hosted by three nations and the largest edition of the competition in

00:55All three of Iran's group stage matches are scheduled to be played in the US
00:59but players and support staff have reportedly been told they must fly in and out of the country on match
