00:10It's a co-production with Italy.
00:13And what was exactly the interesting that you have?
00:16So the world of the story was the first thing that really was attractive to me.
00:24This character on the coast and everything that Adam just said.
00:30And then it was what the character's position in the world, this man in between,
00:37that felt like there was a lot of room to develop a character that was interesting and realistic and contemporary
00:42but old school.
00:45And then working with Adam was the most important part.
00:51A series based on a character who is half American, half Italian.
00:57He's raised in Naples.
00:58He joins the American Army.
01:00And now he has this job as a problem solver at a hotel.
01:05And I was very, very eager to work in Italy because, I mean, I've always sort of been attached to
01:11Italy growing up,
01:12but I always wanted to shoot something there.
01:14And so when they offered me the opportunity to work on it, I said, well, this would be amazing.
01:24And there was like a big list of actors that they, but I think Jesse just popped right off that
01:28list.
01:28And I said, well, you know, it's kind of what I said.
