01:21The way we look at it is in order to align with industry 5.0 principles,
01:26the whole infrastructure of the industry has to be redesigned.
01:30We have to rethink of the whole system in a way to make it much more flexible,
01:36designed in a more sustainable way,
01:38and to be digitally integrated.
01:41This includes developing smarter refineries,
01:43the way we look at it from the energy point of view,
01:46adaptable to supply chains with greener energy grids.
01:50The system must be capable to withstand any disruption
01:54while promoting a circular economy for the way we do our practices.
01:59Such a transformation supports both environmental aspects
02:04and also the long-term operational resilience.
02:06And contrary to the way we look at it,
02:09and this is maybe a misperception by a lot of people
02:12that the development with artificial intelligence will lead to losing jobs,
02:18the whole system must be looked at it from a different angle.
02:23Today we are looking at our people,
02:25the human factor within the whole equation in a way,
02:29how we can reskill the people,
02:31how we can upskill certain resources,
02:34in order to meet the demand in the world today.
02:36Things are changing,
02:38and we need to promote those types of training facilities
02:42for the people in order to be able to emerge
02:45within the changes that we're seeing today in the world.
02:48The aim is to improve and to promote inclusive growth,
02:52essential to ensure that this transition
02:54is not only technological advancement,
02:57but also socially equatable,
02:59offering the people with the defined and stable employment opportunities.
