00:00I'm a Gushrati girl and my husband is a Marwadi guy.
00:02Living in Pune, far away from both our homes, one thing we miss the most is our food.
00:07Somewhere along the way, I have picked up a love for Marwadi food.
00:10And yesterday, all I could think about was Dalbati.
00:13And that's how we ended up at Dalbati & Co.
00:15The ambience is quite simple, but the food, absolutely incredible.
00:19We ordered the Amras Thali and Bafla Thali for 3 people and honestly, it was totally worth it.
00:24There were more than 20 items on the Thali.
00:26And every single bite tasted authentic, like something straight from Rajasthan.
00:29My husband even got into a conversation with the owner, their native places in Rajasthan and somehow food turned into
00:34stories of home.
00:35And here he was also telling us about the special monsoon dishes they'll be serving once mango season ends.
00:40And while listening to them, I searched for Chidawa and found Junjuno, the district where my husband's roots are.
00:45And now a place I feel connected to as well.
00:47Maybe that's what marriage is, finding pieces of home in each other's world.
