00:00Then the question is, what names are going to go in, what names are going to not go in?
00:06And that was a decision that Virginia made.
00:09She dearly wanted to name them all, but she had been threatened by various ones of the men that she'd
00:19been trafficked to in different ways.
00:22And she writes about this in the book, where she had to make some decisions about her own family's safety
00:30and also her safety in terms of not being sued for the rest of her life, which there were those
00:38who had specifically threatened her.
00:41We will keep you in court for the rest of your life.
00:43And she didn't want to live life that way.
00:46And so ultimately we decided, she decided, and I helped her execute on it, that the book wasn't about a
00:56list of names.
00:57The book was about helping you see through the eyes of a young girl and then a young woman what
01:05it was like to be in this web of a trafficking web and then try to stand up to those
01:11men.
