00:00I was up at the fence line, um, saw the guy move from roof to roof, talked, told an officer
00:08that he was on the roof. Um, the officer come looking, I went back to where I was standing, um,
00:16heard that there was somebody that could see the person.
00:20So I went back to where they were standing, saw the person, went back and told the officer again that
00:26if he goes back to that particular spot, he can see the person, figuring that he would go on radio.
00:32And when I turned around to go back to where I was is when the gunshots started and then it
00:38was just chaos and we all came running away.
00:41When I was sitting there, a guy said, Oh God, he had a gun. I looked up. There's a guy
00:45on top of the building right over there with an M16 with a blanket pointing at the president.
00:52He starts shooting. Bow, bow, bow, bow. About four to five shots rang out. All right. So I throw the
00:58guy with Jim onto the ground. I jumped to the ground.
01:02I look up and then I see his head get split open by the shot from the secret service. All
01:07the cops started flying over, pushing us out.
01:10They pushed me off to the side because I was right there and I was able to see everything. They
01:13took my name, my witness support, um, and everything like that.
01:17Um, my cell phone number, just, uh, get in touch with me to go over what happened.
