00:00Relying too much on savings and the interest of bank will make your money smaller.
00:15What's one financial habit you practice personally that also reflects in how you run your businesses?
00:22Financial habit number one is in operation cost efficiency should always be the priority cost efficiency
00:32because for every peso of saving is for every peso of extra profit that you have that's one.
00:39Number two just spend less than what you earn in a personal aspect.
00:47What's one mistake you made early on that forced you to become more disciplined with money?
00:53I used to save a lot. I used to save a lot.
00:58Basta may sobrang pera ipon. Basta may sobrang pera ipon.
01:02And then I realized this is my story of meron akong isang property.
01:07I don't have any property. I didn't own any property that time.
01:10I was renting everything. Renting my house, renting my office, renting my... lahat rental lang.
01:15And then every money that I save, I don't want to spend it to buying a property.
01:20So every money that I would save is put in the bank for savings.
01:26Because that's my sense of security, that's my sense of...
01:31Ayan, sense of security and...
01:33Kasi mag-ipon. Yun yung tinuro sa atin ng bata tayo, mag-ipon nang mag-ipon.
01:38Tama naman na kailangan ma-ipon ka sa bank ko, di ba?
01:41Pero ito yung kwento na nangyari.
01:44There's a property in front of us. It's 2 million. Very, very affordable.
01:49My money is 1.2 million pa lang that time.
01:53So sabi ko, hindi ko na muna bibilihin. Mag-ipon muna ako.
01:58So nag-ipon ako until malapit na yung ipod ko, 1.8 million na.
02:02Yung lupa, 2.5 million na binibenta.
02:05So kung lang yung pera ko.
02:07So I didn't buy again. I save again.
02:09Nung malapit na ako maka-ipon ng 2.5 million, yung 2.5, 3 million na.
02:14So relying too much on savings and the interest of bank will make your money smaller.
02:20So you should be wise and learn how to take a loan and make your money work for you.
02:28And not be a victim of inflation.
02:31So where do you think you can earn the most?
02:35From high-yielding savings, from crypto, from real estate, or from bonds, or from businesses?
02:42Para sa akin, very good cash flow.
02:47Nobody beats good cash flow.
02:49So saan mo kukunin yung cash flow?
02:50In my opinion, pero kasi ako, I'm an entrepreneur. I'm a food entrepreneur.
02:55I would open up a business that has a good cash flow.
02:57So good cash income, good, ano, yun ang, nothing beats that.
03:02For me, that's where you should put your money in.
03:05Kung meron kang alam na isang skillset or may alam kang produkto na gawin na kaya mong ibenta.
03:11Yung pinakmabilis, lumaki yung pera mo.
03:15Anything with you oror baba kabai ma Jahr ladal 60k,alo
