00:00When I got here there were limited emergency services on the site
00:03but there were pedestrians and park wardens trying to direct traffic
00:06to make sure that it would be easy access for emergency services when they did arrive.
00:10At that point I tried to park my Ocado van out of the way so that they'd have easy access
00:15and I continued to make a delivery just round the corner from the incident.
00:19On the way back I was able to see small bodies being put in the back of ambulances
00:25and some of the damage looked quite severe and life-threatening maybe kind of unsurvivable.
00:34In terms of it being an accident and things like that it's quite hard to deduce that I'd say
00:40because of the tightness of the road and how many barriers the vehicle went through
00:46before it then collided with children so I don't want to comment any further on what's being reported
00:52but it seems a bit weird.
