00:00These are my 500 calorie Kung Pao Chicken Noodles
00:03Packed with flavour in only 500 calories per half container
00:06You're going to cook 2 medium egg noodle nests
00:09And then once they're done rinse them with cold water to prevent them sticking within the pan
00:12Fry your chicken in a hot pan or wok with some spray oil
00:14And once it's cooked remove
00:15Then you're going to add some fresh garlic and ginger along with some dried chillies
00:19Cook until aromatic and then add in an onion
00:21You're meant to add peanuts to this recipe but I left them out to keep the calories low
00:24Re-add the chicken to the pan, mix well and then add in the noodles
00:28And yes, believe it or not, mix again
00:30Once everything's mixed together you're going to add an oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar, Sichuan peppercorn, aromat or chicken powder
00:37and dark soy sauce for colour
00:39Mix these through well and then you're going to add in your final ingredient
00:42Some green or spring onion
00:43And you just want to mix these through
00:45Once it's done it should look something like this
00:47And yes for special effects I put it in the Chinese takeaway container

00:53And can I just say these were absolutely insane
00:56Each container serves two people so that's 500 calories per serving
00:59And I think that's a pretty big portion
