00:00There is one temple, Marva Agar temple,
00:05where Lord Shiva is worshipped in the form of a doctor.
00:13So during the British rules there was a colonel by the name of Martin.
00:24Beautiful story actually.
00:29And you see during the British rules, you know,
00:33they brought lots of missionaries to evangelize India,
00:38and of course when missionaries come they were not evangelized in a nice way, you know.
00:47So you have seen what they did in Latin America.
00:51You have seen what they do in the world itself, you know.
00:56Because people think that they are the only ones who hold God as capture, you know, the truth.
01:05So during this time there was this colonel, Martin.
01:12So there was a war, I think it was in, I can't remember the year, 1739 something like that,
01:23between the Afghan and the British.
01:29So he was in the war.
01:31So they have promised, he have promised his wife that he will write
01:37to give news to him, to her, you know.
01:40So after the war, after a few days there were, letters were coming, and then the letters stopped coming.
01:52So the wife got worried.
01:55So one day she was going in her chariot, chariot?
01:58Yes.
02:00Chariot, and she heard bell and conch being blown and heard music.
02:08So she was wondering, was wondering, and she asked, what is it here?
02:13So they said, oh, this is a temple for Lord Shiva.
02:17So she went down, and of course she didn't know about Lord Shiva,
02:24she didn't know anything about the Hindu culture.
02:30So the devotees of Lord Shiva saw her and were wondering, you know,
02:40it's a British lady and, but she don't look happy.
02:49So then they asked, what is wrong?
02:51So she said, my husband used to write to me, but then he stopped writing.
02:58And they assured her that, listen, just chant Om Namah Shivai for eleven days,
03:04I'm sure Lord Shiva will protect and will give you news for your husband, you know.
03:11You see how Bhagavan called his people, you know, how he reminded the people.
03:19So as she did that,
03:26for eleven days she was chanting Om Namah Shivai, Om Narah Shivai.
03:33On the other side, on the other place with her husband,
03:37they were surrounded by the enemies.
03:42So they were surrounded by the enemies and the enemies were going to attack and kill them all.
03:51at that precise moment when they were all losing hope,
03:58a man just appeared with matted look, you know, matted hair, you know,
04:05and holding a trident in the hand and started fighting with the enemies.
04:18So they were all shocked and all the enemies started running away from all directions.
04:26So after they all had run away,
04:31that man came in front of him, of the Colonel Martin,
04:37and said,
04:38it is by the grace of your wife, prayer, that you have been saved.
04:49She has sent me, through her sincere prayer she has sent me to protect you.
04:57Go back home, be fearless, you will be successful, you will have great success into your life.
05:04So sending him home, after a few days he reached home,
05:08he was telling, you know, we were saved because of this great
05:15yogi who just appeared out of nowhere and then started fighting the enemy.
05:21Then the wife said, oh, you know, I went to a temple,
05:26Veidraj Mahadeva, you know, so we have to go and say thank you to the deity there.
05:34So when he came to the temple,
05:37he was shocked when he looked at how Lord Shiva is portrayed there in that temple,
05:44it was exactly the image of that yogi.
05:50So he realized that it was Lord Shiva who have called him.
05:55And then both husband and wife became great devotees of Lord Shiva.
06:00And then they, this is the only temple in India which was constructed by the British.
06:07So they construct the whole temple.
06:12And even now when you go to this temple, like they say, the name is written there.
06:18So you see, the mystery of how Bhagavan called his devotee is amazing, you know.
06:29And that's why I say this, everybody's life, you know, there is always a story behind there.
06:36Because you belong to him.
06:38When you belong to him, he will find his ways of calling you.
06:42The same way he has to come to liberate Jaya Vijaya,
06:48for his free life itself, no?
06:50The same way.
06:52Countess of life you have come.
06:54Again, again and again he will come and remind you of his love and relationship to you.
