During the thirteenth century, the order of whirling dervishes arose in the territories of the Fertile Crescent, whose dances symbolize the spiritual ascendancy towards truth, accompanied by love and totally freed from the ego. Their dances were included in 2008 in the representative list of the Intangible Heritage of Unesco, and this song represents our musical vision of this wonderful dance.
