00:18So, you don't want that to happen, so you have to do this, and a way to fix that, super
00:25simple,
00:25simple. Take the bottom of the candlestick, take some either white electric tape or white
00:32duct tape, and all you're going to do is wrap it around the very base of the candle,
00:36it's maybe about a centimeter of a lip at the bottom, so that when you wrap, you can
00:42actually fold it to cover the entire base of your candle, fold it down. So, if you guys
00:51can't tell, they're all generally the same size candle, which we don't really want,
00:56especially if you have all of the same vases. If you notice these three are all the same,
01:01then you'd have all the same candles, and that's no fun. So, we're going to show you how to
01:05actually trim the candle down, that way when you stick them in, you can have varied heights
01:08and it'll look fabulous. Let's go. Take your scissors and slowly cut the candle at the height
01:13that you want. Turn the candle as you squeeze the scissors, and it should cut right through.
01:19Do this to the rest of the candles, adding tape to the base as needed. It's haunted!
01:29So, now we have them all cut. They're all varied heights, so they look fabulous, and they all
01:35fit, which is wonderful. Before we light them, you want to make sure that the wick is no more
01:39than like maybe a half inch long, at the longest. So, these guys here, we've got about three inches.
01:44You want to cut them down to be right about there.
01:53Ta-da! Creepy, but classy. I wonder what they look like with the lights off? These are amazing.
02:00These actually, they look, these look amazing. Like, I'm going to put these all in my house,
02:04and that's why I'm going to be Halloween. If you guys like the way that these turned out,
