00:23Mr. Enzo Pineda at Ms. Ludmila Joy Jebulan.
00:27Good morning, welcome to Mr. Rizer Shiam.
00:30Good morning, thank you for having us.
00:31Anton, tell us more about this Colorfest you guys are going to be having.
00:36Yes, so it's going to be this coming Sunday,
00:40Colorfest Carnival po namin.
00:42Actually, going back, kami po yung JCI Manila.
00:45We are about 600 members with 400 projects per year.
00:50So one of our projects is this Colorfest Carnival Run.
00:53Okay.
00:54Okay, for Enzo, bakit mahalaga na ilapit sa publiko yung usapin na mental health?
00:58Thank you for the question.
01:00Thank you for having us.
01:01Here in JCI Manila, kasi we prioritize na magkaroon po tayo ng malakas na pangatawan at mentalidad.
01:07And ito pong issue ng mental health.
01:09It's been there ever since, especially noong pandemic.
01:12A lot of people are experiencing this.
01:14Pero because of our kaya ko na ito, culture na pag may pinagdaan na ang problema,
01:20people tend to shrug it and hindi siya na-diagnose.
01:24And here po in our Color run, we hope to create an open space.
01:29We hope to break that stigma that surrounds mental health.
01:34And we hope that we can have like-minded people to join our cause for.
01:41Okay, I understand we have here Ms. Lyudmila Joy from the External Relations Manager
01:48mula po sa TH or Philippine Mental Health Association.
01:52Ma'am, we understand that ever since pandemic, before pandemic,
01:55we're already trying to break the stigma with mental health.
01:58But, ngayon, pandapagtutunan ng pansin, I mean, malayo na, pero malayo pa.
02:03Why are we breaking this?
02:05Kasi, you know, when there's stigma, when there's shame and judgment surrounding mental health,
02:12it prevents us from seeking help.
02:14Okay.
02:14Now, when that stigma fades, we promote early intervention,
02:20and it promotes the overall recovery, and supports also the society.
02:27It makes the society more supportive.
02:30Ng follow-up lang po, when it comes to mental health issues,
02:33meron ba kayong datos kung sino mas damang?
02:35Lalaki o babae in terms of, yung naisabi nga ni Enzo, sinasarili minsan yung problema.
02:43It varies kasi eh.
02:45It also varies in terms of age and demographics-wise.
02:51Sino-sino mga pwede makiisa dito sa event?
02:53How can we register?
02:54So, you can visit our website at www.jcimanilacolorfestrun.com.
03:03Pwede po from mga bata hanggang mga senior po.
03:08Okay.
03:09It's not actually a competitive run, but instead it's a fun run.
03:14Okay.
03:14So, you can actually just walk.
03:16It's a good time to bring your family and friends.
03:19Meron po 1K, 3K, 5K, 10K, and 21K.
03:23O, yung 21K.
03:25Hayo ko yung 21K?
03:26Kayo po.
03:27Mahirap yung 21K.
03:28Baka gusto nyo pong sumali po.
03:30Okay lang, Enzo, basta kasama kita.
03:31Yeah.
03:32Being the vice.
03:33Hindi, syempre masayo yun.
03:35Ako naman.
03:35Ang sarap sa pakiramdam.
03:36Magsasama ka dyan.
03:38Tapos may atisang poggy nakasama doon.
03:40Naman.
03:40Nakaka-inspired.
03:41Nakakompleto ng linggo.
03:44Pero may kasama po itong running kits.
03:45Tama?
03:46Yes.
03:46Correct, correct.
03:47So, it comes with the shirts and race clips.
03:50And marami rin pong giveaways doon sa site.
03:52Saka to add that, it's a color run po.
03:55So, you are being splashed with the food print color.
03:58Yes, may foam pa yan.
03:59I understand.
04:00We also have a music fest after as well.
04:05So, may be shape po tayo.
04:07Okay.
04:07Alright.
04:08Let's go back to kasama nyong organization,
04:11which is the PMHA.
04:13Why did you choose this organization as your co-lab ninyo
04:17para maging successful yung event na ito?
04:22With you, sir.
04:23Antoine.
04:25Okay.
04:25So, yun nga.
04:26Going back, ang JCI Manila po is community development.
04:31So, that's one of our advocacies also,
04:34is to be part of PMHA.
04:37Yes.
04:38Okay.
04:39Well, for Ms. Ludmila, why JCI?
04:42Um, yun na nga.
04:44Kasi talagang community yung ano nila.
04:47And kami naman, we're also promoting mental health
04:50in the communities.
04:51Yung sa mga grassroots talaga.
04:53Ang ganda n'yan eh.
04:54Kasi we're really after with the sustainable development goals.
04:57I think that's number three, good health and well-being.
05:00Lalo na ngayon,
05:02ang dami nangyayari eh.
05:04Bumabalik nga yung stigma eh.
05:05Kasi parang people think, especially the Gen Cs,
05:08parang anangyayari daw.
05:09Itong mga bata, parang masyado no,
05:11overuse yung mental health.
05:13But this time, I think it should really be,
05:15you know,
05:16atline sa lahat ng mga kababayan natin.
05:19Well,
05:19ano pang mga activities or highlights
05:21saan dapat abangan ng mga dadalo rito.
05:24Siguro, let's reiterate again.
