00:20This year, the Postal Service will likely report a loss of more than $9 billion.
00:26Without change, our losses will only increase in the years to come.
00:31I think the American public should be able to vote by mail and the Postal Service will support.
00:40I believe we'll get at least a billion dollars of savings out of that running forward.
00:44And this is the key connectivity to improving our service.
00:48Once we get all the mail on those trucks, then 97% to 98% of the mail that we
00:54move around the country will be getting to its destination point on time.
00:58What I instructed the organization, the whole team around us and out in the field, whatever efforts we will have,
