00:14We weren't expecting much, but we were genuinely impressed by how well the trip was planned and how much we

00:23Our guide, Kenneth, was exceptional and he made the tour even better with his thoughtful explanations of the sights.
00:30He prepared crampons for all of us so we could walk safely on snowy and icy paths, and he even
00:37made hot drinks for everyone at one of the sunset spots in zero-degree weather so we could enjoy the
00:43view comfortably.
00:44He checked in on us from time to time to make sure we were doing all right, which made the
00:49entire experience feel very well taken care of.
00:53He also went out of his way to help us take photos and videos, making sure we had beautiful memories
01:00to bring home.
01:01His passion for nature really added to the experience, and we appreciated the care he showed throughout the tour.
