“Caught on CCTV”: Speeding Truck Crushes Biker on NH-44 in Lalitpur, Another Critical

A tragic road accident on National Highway-44 in Uttar Pradesh’s Lalitpur claimed the life of a biker and left another seriously injured after a speeding truck allegedly rammed into them while they were crossing the highway. The entire incident was captured on CCTV.

According to reports, the deceased has been identified as Tinku alias Dinesh (38). Both men were reportedly returning home from nearby agricultural fields when the accident occurred.

CCTV footage shows the two bikers attempting to cross the busy highway without allegedly checking for oncoming traffic. Moments later, a truck approaching at high speed crashed into the motorcycle.

One of the victims died on the spot due to severe injuries, while the other was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he is currently undergoing treatment.

Police reached the scene soon after the accident and registered a case. Officials said an investigation is underway to determine the exact sequence of events and whether negligence was involved from either side.

The viral CCTV footage has also sparked discussion on social media, with many users stressing the importance of following traffic rules while crossing highways.
