00:00OK, get to the centre.
00:07They're arriving now.
00:12Well, they're coming now. Now, now, now.
00:15Now, now.
00:24OK, joining me now, Tom, on a very sober downing street.
00:26This morning was a game-changing plan of dealing with social media.
00:31They're looking very closely at whether there should be a ban on under-16s accessing any social media.
00:38Although in Australia this has been implemented, the results are mixed.
00:42Many young people there get round the ban by using various complex technology,
00:48VPNs they're called.
00:50Now, others are using the way to get round it by saying they are not done.
00:56They're already in Australia presently.
00:59They are looking at how that scheme works in Australia.
01:02They're also looking at AI and how that is used.
01:05But there is a huge wealth, I think, of cross-party support now, it seems,
01:10for some form of restrictions on under-16s.
01:13Now look.
