00:00:00117. In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
00:00:05118. Alif Lam Mim
00:00:12119. God, there is no god but He, the Living, the Self-Subsisting
00:00:20110. The Book has been revealed to you in truth, confirming what came before it. And He revealed the Torah and the Gospel.
00:00:34111. Before, guidance for mankind and the revelation of the Criterion.
00:00:43112. Those who disbelieve in the verses of God will have a severe punishment.
00:00:53113. And Allah is Mighty and Vengeful
00:00:59114. Nothing is hidden from God, whether on earth or in heaven.
00:01:10115. He is the One who shapes you in the wombs as He wills.
00:01:19116. There is no god but He, the Almighty, the Wise
00:01:26117. It is He who has sent down to you the Book; in it are verses that are entirely clear.
00:01:37118. But those in whose hearts is deviation follow that of it which is ambiguous, seeking discord.
00:01:59119. And seeking its interpretation
00:02:02110. And none knows its interpretation except God.
00:02:09111. And those firmly grounded in knowledge say, “We believe in it; all of it is from our Lord.”
00:02:21112. And none will remember except those of understanding.
00:02:28111. Our Lord, do not let our hearts deviate after You have guided us, and grant us from Yourself mercy.
00:02:39112. You are the Giver
00:02:45113. Our Lord, You will surely gather mankind on a Day about which there is no doubt.
00:02:56114. God does not break His promise.
00:03:02115. Those who disbelieve - neither their wealth nor their children will avail them against God at all.
00:03:17116. And those are the fuel of the fire
00:03:24117. The people of Pharaoh and those before them denied Our signs, so God punished them for their sins. And God is severe in punishment.
00:03:42117. Say to those who disbelieve, "You will be overcome and gathered together to Hell."
00:03:52118. And what a wretched resting place!
00:03:55118. There was a sign for you in two groups that were picked up
00:04:03119. One group fights in the cause of God, and another group of disbelievers, whom they see as twice their number with their own eyes.
00:04:17119. And Allah supports with His victory whom He wills. Indeed in that is a lesson for those who have insight.
00:04:32110. Beautified for people is the love of that which they desire - of women and sons, heaped-up sums of gold and silver, fine branded horses, cattle and livestock.
00:04:54111. That is the enjoyment of worldly life.
00:05:00112. And God has the best return.
00:05:07113. Say, "Shall I inform you of something better than that?"
00:05:16114. For those who fear their Lord are gardens beneath which rivers flow.
00:05:28115. They will be blessed with pure spouses and the pleasure of God.
00:05:42116. And God is All-Seeing of His servants.
00:05:48117. Those who say, “Our Lord, we have believed, so forgive us our sins and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.”
00:06:05117. The patient, the truthful, the righteous, the charitable, and those who seek forgiveness
00:06:18118. God bears witness that there is no deity except Him, and so do the angels and those of knowledge – upholding justice.
00:06:36119. There is no god but He, the Almighty, the Wise
00:06:44110. Indeed, the religion with God is Islam.
00:06:51111. And those who were given the Scripture did not differ except after knowledge had come to them - out of jealous animosity among themselves.
00:07:06112. And whoever disbelieves in the verses of God, then indeed, God is swift in reckoning.
00:07:17113. If they argue with you, say, "I have submitted myself to God, and so have those who follow me."
00:07:28114. And say to those who were given the Scripture and to the trustworthy one, “Have you submitted yourselves?”
00:07:38115. If they submit, they are rightly guided.
00:07:43116. And if they turn away, then your only responsibility is to blame.
00:07:50117. And God is All-Seeing of His servants.
00:07:56118. Those who boast of God's verses and kill the prophets unjustly
00:08:08119. And they kill those who command justice among the people.
00:08:17110. So give them tidings of a painful punishment.
00:08:30111. Those whose deeds have been rendered worthless in this world and the Hereafter, and they will have no helpers.
00:08:44111. Have you not seen those who were given a portion of the Scripture, who are invited to the Book of God to judge between them?
00:09:06112. Then a group of them will take charge, and they will be exposed.
00:09:14113. That is because they said
00:09:19114. The fire will not touch us except for a few days.
00:09:28115. And they were deluded in their religion by what they used to invent.
00:09:36116. So how will it be when We gather them together for a Day about which there is no doubt?
00:09:44117. And every soul will be fully recompensed for what it earned, and they will not be wronged.
00:09:52117. Say, "O Allah, Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will."
00:10:02118. And you take away the kingdom from whomever you will.
00:10:08119. You exalt whom You will and You humble whom You will
00:10:25119. Goodness is in your hands
00:10:29110. You are capable of all things.
00:10:35111. He causes the night to enter into the day.
00:10:40111. And fire is brought in at night
00:10:44112. And You bring forth the living from the dead, and You bring forth the dead from the living.
00:10:53113. And You provide for whomever You will without measure.
00:11:00114. Believers do not take disbelievers as allies.
00:11:06114. Allies other than the believers
00:11:12115. Whoever does that has nothing to do with God.
00:11:19116. Except if you take precautions against them.
00:11:26117. God himself warns you
00:11:31117. And to God is the final destination.
00:11:34118. Say, "Whether you conceal what is in your hearts or reveal it, God knows it."
00:11:43119. And He knows what is in the heavens and what is on the earth.
00:11:49110. And God is capable of all things.
00:11:55111. On the Day when every soul will find present what it has done of good.
00:12:03111. And whatever evil you do, you wish that between yourself and it there was a great distance
00:12:17112. God himself warns you
00:12:22113. And God is kind to His servants.
00:12:27114. Say, [O Muhammad], "If you should love Allah, then follow me; Allah will love you and forgive you your sins."
00:12:40115. And God is Forgiving and Merciful
00:12:44116. Say, "Obey God and the Messenger."
00:12:49117. But if they turn away, then indeed, God does not love the disbelievers.
00:12:57118. God chose Adam, Noah, the family of Abraham, and the family of Imran over all the worlds.
00:13:13119. Offspring, some of them from others
00:13:19119. And God is All-Hearing, All-Knowing
00:13:23110. When the wife of Imran had a long time, she said, “My Lord, I have vowed to You what is in my womb, dedicated [to Your service], so accept it from me.”
00:13:37111. Indeed, You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing
00:13:43112. When she delivered her, she said, “My Lord, I have delivered a female.” And Allah knew best what she delivered, and the male is not like the female.
00:14:01113. And I have named her Mary, and I seek refuge with You for her and her offspring.
00:14:13114. So her Lord accepted her with a good acceptance and caused her to grow up in a good manner and put her in the care of Zechariah.
00:14:29115. Every time Zechariah entered her sanctuary, he found her provided with sustenance.
00:14:39116. He said, “O Mary, this is for you.”
00:14:44117. She said, "It is from God."
00:14:49118. God provides for whomever He wills without measure.
00:14:58119. There Zechariah called upon his Lord
00:15:04119. He said, “My Lord, grant me from Yourself a good offspring.”
00:15:12110. You are the Hearer of supplication.
00:15:17111. Then the angels called to him while he was standing in prayer in the sanctuary, saying, “God gives you good tidings of John, confirming the truth.”
00:15:33112. By the word of God, and a lord, chaste, and a prophet of the righteous
00:15:50113. He said, “My Lord, how can I have a son when I am old and my wife is barren?”
00:16:02114. He said, “Likewise, God does what He wills.”
00:16:09115. He said, “My Lord, appoint for me a sign.”
00:16:14116. He said, “Your sign is that you will not speak to the people for three days except by gesture.”
00:16:24117. And remember your Lord often and glorify Him in the evening and the morning.
00:16:33118. And when the angels said, “O Mary, indeed God has chosen you and purified you and chosen you above the women of the worlds.”
00:16:49119. O Mary, be devout to your Lord and prostrate and bow with those who bow down
00:16:59110. That is from the news of the unseen which We reveal to you
00:17:08111. And you were not with them when they cast lots to decide who would be responsible for Mary.
00:17:18112. And you were not with them when they quarreled
00:17:25113. When the angels said, “Mary, God brings you good news of a word from Him, whose name will be the Messiah.”
00:17:44114. He will speak to people in infancy and in maturity, and he will be among the righteous.
00:17:56115. She said, “My Lord, how can I have a child when no man has touched me?”
00:18:06116. He also said, “God creates what He wills.”
00:18:13117. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, “Be,” and it is.
00:18:24118. He will teach him Scripture, wisdom, the Torah, and the Gospel.
00:18:33119. And as a messenger to the Children of Israel, [saying], "I have come to you with a sign from your Lord."
00:18:46111. I will seal for you out of clay the likeness of a bird, then I will breathe into it and it will become a bird by the permission of God.
00:19:02112. And I heal the blind and the lepers, and I raise the dead by God's permission.
00:19:11113. And I will inform you of what you eat and what you store in your houses. Indeed in that is a sign for you, if you are believers.
00:19:30114. And confirming what was before me of the Torah, and to make lawful for you some of what was forbidden to you. And I have come to you with a sign from your Lord, so fear God and obey me.
00:19:53115. Indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. This is a straight path.
00:20:09116. When Jesus perceived their disbelief, he said, “Who are my helpers in the cause of God?”
00:20:21117. The disciples said, “We are the helpers of God. We believe in God and bear witness that we are Muslims.”
00:20:34118. Our Lord, we have believed in what You have revealed and followed the Messenger, so register us among the witnesses.
00:20:47119. They plotted, but God plotted too, and God is the best of plotters.
00:20:56110. When God said, “O Jesus, I will take you up to Myself and raise you to Me and purify you from those who disbelieve and make those who follow you superior to those who disbelieve.”
00:21:16111. Until the Day of Resurrection, then to Me is your return, and I will judge between you concerning that in which you used to differ.
00:21:38112. As for those who disbelieve, I will punish them with a severe punishment in this world and the Hereafter, and they will have no helper.
00:21:54113. As for those who believed and did righteous deeds, He will fully reward them for their deeds.
00:22:05114. And God does not love the wrongdoers.
00:22:10115. That is what We recite to you of the verses and the narrations.
00:22:17116. The example of Jesus before God is like that of Adam.
00:22:25117. He was worried about the dust, then He said to it, "Be," and it was.
00:22:34118. The truth is from your Lord, so do not be among the doubters.
00:22:42118. So if anyone disputes with you concerning him after knowledge has come to you, say, "Come, let us call our sons and your sons, our women and your women."
00:23:04119. And ourselves and yourselves, then let us pray earnestly, invoking the curse of God upon the liars.
00:23:21111. This is indeed the true story, and there is no god but Allah. And indeed, Allah is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
00:23:39112. But if they turn away, then God is All-Knowing of the corrupters.
00:23:49113. Say, "O People of the Scripture, come to a word that is equitable between us and you - that we will not worship except Allah and not associate anything with Him."
00:24:08114. Let us not take one another as lords besides Allah. But if they turn away, then say, "Bear witness that we are Muslims."
00:24:30115. O People of the Scripture, why do you argue about Abraham when the Torah and the Gospel were not revealed until after him? Do you not understand?
00:24:55116. Here you are, arguing about what you have knowledge of, but why do you argue about what you do not know? God knows, and you do not.
00:25:22You know
00:25:24117. Abraham was neither a Jew nor a Christian, but he was a true believer, a Muslim, and he was not one of the polytheists.
00:25:41118. Indeed, the closest of people to Abraham are those who followed him, this Prophet, and those who believed. And Allah is the ally of the believers.
00:26:00119. And the group of the People of the Book wish they could mislead you, but they only mislead themselves, and they do not perceive it.
00:26:18110. O People of the Scripture, why do you disbelieve in the verses of God while you bear witness?
00:26:28111. O People of the Scripture, why do you mix truth with falsehood and conceal the truth while you know it?
00:26:42112. And a group of the People of the Book said, “They believed in what was revealed to the believers at the beginning of the day and disbelieved at the end of it, so that perhaps they might return [to disbelief].”
00:27:03113. And do not believe except in those who follow your religion.
00:27:11114. Say, "The true guidance is the guidance of God. It is not for anyone to be given the like of what you were given or to argue with you before your Lord."
00:27:28115. Say, "Indeed, [all] bounty is in the hand of Allah; He gives it to whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing."
00:27:41116. He singles out for His mercy whom He wills, and God is the source of great bounty.
00:27:50117. And among the People of the Scripture are some who, if you entrust them with a great amount [of wealth], will return it to you.
00:28:04117. And among them are those who, if you entrust them with a dinar, will not return it to you.
00:28:14118. Except as long as you remain steadfast upon it
00:28:32119. That is because they said, "There is no blame upon us concerning the trustworthy one," and they attribute falsehood to God while they know.
00:28:49110. Yes, whoever fulfills his covenant and fears Allah - indeed, Allah loves the righteous.
00:29:02111. Those who sell God’s covenant and their oaths for a small price, those
00:29:17112. Those will have no share in the Hereafter, nor will God speak to them or look at them on the Day of Resurrection.
00:29:35113. He will not purify them, and they will have a painful punishment.
00:29:49114. And there is among them a group who revile the Scripture with their tongues so that you may think it is from the Scripture.
00:30:03115. And what is in the Book, and they say it is from God, and they attribute falsehood to God.
00:30:31116. And they know
00:30:33117. It is not for a human being to whom God has given the Scripture, wisdom, and prophethood to then say to the people, “Be servants.”
00:30:53117. But be devoted servants of the Lord, as you have been teaching the Scripture.
00:31:25118. Nor does he command you to take angels and prophets as lords.
00:31:42119. Does he command you to disbelieve after you have become Muslims?
00:31:53119. And when God took a covenant from the prophets, [saying], “Whatever I give you of the Scripture and wisdom…”
00:32:10110. Then there came to you a messenger confirming what was with you, so that you might believe in him and support him.
00:32:34111. He said, “You have acknowledged and accepted My covenant.”
00:32:42112. They said, "We have acknowledged..."
00:32:47113. He said, “Then bear witness, and I am with you among the witnesses.”
00:32:56114. But whoever acts arrogantly after that, it is they who are the transgressors.
00:33:07114. Do they seek a religion other than that of God?
00:33:13115. Even if all those in the heavens and the earth were to submit willingly or unwillingly, to Him they would be returned.
00:33:27116. Say, "We believe in God and in what was revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham."
00:33:43117. And Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and the forerunners, and what was given to Moses, Jesus, and the prophets from their Lord
00:34:05118. And the prophets are from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and to Him we submit.
00:34:21119. And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be among the losers.
00:34:38111. How can God guide a people who disbelieved after they had believed and testified that the Messenger was true and clear proofs had come to them? God does not guide the wrongdoing people.
00:35:06112. Those are the ones whose punishment is that upon them will be the curse of God, the angels, and all of mankind.
00:35:24113. They will abide therein eternally; the punishment will not be lightened for them, nor will they be given respite.
00:35:36114. Except for those who repent afterwards and amend their ways, for indeed, God is Forgiving and Merciful.
00:35:51115. Those who disbelieve after having believed and then increase in disbelief - never will their repentance be accepted, and it is they who are astray.
00:36:13116. Those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers - not a mountain full of gold will be accepted from any of them, even if he were to offer it as ransom.
00:36:34117. Those will have a painful punishment, and they will have no helpers.
00:36:46117. You will not attain righteousness until you spend from that which you love.
00:37:00118. And whatever you spend, God is All-Knowing of it.
00:37:12119. All food was lawful for the Israelites.
00:37:22110. Except what Israel had forbidden himself before the Torah was revealed.
00:37:37111. Say, "Then bring the Torah and recite it, if you are truthful."
00:37:50112. So whoever invents a lie against God after that - then it is those who are the wrongdoers.
00:38:04113. Say, "God has spoken the truth, so follow the religion of Abraham, inclining toward truth, and he was not of the polytheists."
00:38:19114. The first House [of worship] established for mankind was that at Mecca - blessed and a guidance for the worlds.
00:38:37115. In it are clear signs [such as] the Station of Abraham. And whoever enters it shall be safe.
00:38:53116. And pilgrimage to the House is a duty owed to God by all people who are able to undertake it.
00:39:05117. And whoever disbelieves, then indeed, God is free of need of the worlds.
00:39:16118. Say, "O People of the Scripture, why do you disbelieve in the verses of Allah while Allah is Witness over what you do?"
00:39:33119. Say, "O People of the Scripture, why do you avert from the way of Allah those who believe, seeking to make it crooked, while you are witnesses?"
00:39:53110. And God is not unaware of what you do.
00:40:03111. O you who have believed, if you obey a group of those who were given the Scripture, they will turn you back
00:40:22112. After you have believed, you are disbelievers
00:40:28113. And how can you disbelieve while the verses of God are recited to you and His Messenger is among you?
00:40:44114. And whoever holds fast to God has been guided to a straight path
00:40:57115. O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims [in submission to Him].
00:41:18116. And hold fast, all of you, to the rope of Allah, and do not be divided.
00:41:29117. And remember the favor of God upon you when you were enemies and He brought your hearts together and you became blessed
00:41:48118. By His grace you became brothers, and you were on the brink of a pit of fire, and He saved you from it.
00:42:13119. Thus does God make clear to you His verses that you may be guided.
00:42:25110. Let there be among you a community inviting to good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong.
00:42:42111. And those are the successful ones.
00:42:49112. And do not be like those who became divided and differed after clear proofs had come to them.
00:43:03113. And for them is a great punishment.
00:43:10114. On the Day when some faces will turn white and some faces will turn black. As for those whose faces turn black, [it will be said], “Did you disbelieve after your belief? Then taste the punishment for what you used to disbelieve.”
00:43:37115. As for those whose faces will be brightened, they will be in the mercy of God, abiding therein eternally.
00:43:52116. These are the verses of God which We recite to you in truth.
00:44:02117. And God does not intend injustice to the worlds.
00:44:10118. To God belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth.
00:44:17119. And to God all matters are returned.
00:44:23119. You are the best nation produced for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in God.
00:44:43110. If only the People of the Scripture had believed, it would have been better for them. Among them are believers, but most of them are transgressors.
00:45:01111. They will not harm you except for a slight annoyance, and if they fight you, they will turn their backs [in retreat] and then they will not be helped.
00:45:20112. Humiliation will befall them wherever they stand, except by a covenant from God and a covenant from the people, and they will return
00:45:46113. They incurred the wrath of God, and poverty was afflicted upon them.
00:45:57114. That is because they disbelieved in God's signs and killed the prophets unjustly.
00:46:15115. That was because they disobeyed and were transgressors.
00:46:27117. They are not all alike. Among the People of the Scripture is a community standing firm, reciting the verses of God during the night.
00:46:52118. And they prostrate themselves
00:46:55119. They believe in God and the Last Day, enjoin what is right, forbid what is wrong, and hasten to do good deeds.
00:47:15110. And those are among the righteous
00:47:23111. And whatever good they do, it will not be denied them. And Allah is Knowing of the righteous.
00:47:39112. Those who disbelieve - neither their wealth nor their children will avail them against God at all.
00:47:57113. And those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally.
00:48:08114. The example of what they spend in this worldly life is like a wind containing frost which strikes the land of a people who wronged themselves and destroys it.
00:48:36115. God did not wrong them, but they wronged themselves.
00:48:48116. O you who have believed, do not take as intimates those other than yourselves, for they will not spare you any effort to corrupt you.
00:49:06117. They wished for what you had; hatred was near from their mouths, and what their hearts concealed was greater.
00:49:27118. We have made the signs clear to you, if you are neglecting them.
00:49:38119. Look, you love them, but they do not love you, and you believe the whole Scripture.
00:49:56110. And you believe in the entire Scripture, and when they meet you they say, "We believe," but when they are alone they criticize you.
00:50:19111. Say, "Die in your rage. Indeed, Allah is Knowing of that within the breasts."
00:50:32112. If good befalls you, it grieves them; but if evil befalls you, they rejoice at it.
00:50:47113. But if you are patient and fear Allah, their plot will not harm you at all.
00:50:59114. God is fully aware of what they do.
00:51:06115. And when you departed from your family to assign the believers their positions for battle, and God is Hearing and Knowing.
00:51:22115. For the two factions among you are about to lose heart, but God is their protector, and in God let the believers put their trust.
00:51:44116. And Allah gave you victory at Badr when you were weak. So fear Allah, lest you doubt.
00:52:01117. When you say to the believers, “Is it not sufficient for you that your Lord should reinforce you with three thousand angels sent down?”
00:52:24118. Yes, if you are patient and fear God, and they come upon you suddenly...
00:52:46119. And your Lord will reinforce you with five thousand angels, clearly marked.
00:53:00110. And God made it only good tidings for you, and so that your hearts may be strengthened by it.
00:53:14111. Victory comes only from God, the Almighty, the Wise.
00:53:26112. To strike down a portion of those who disbelieved or to subdue them so that they return disappointed
00:53:42113. You have no say in the matter; whether He forgives them or punishes them, they are wrongdoers.
00:54:00114. To God belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. And God is Forgiving and Merciful.
00:54:22115. O you who have believed, do not consume usury, doubled and multiplied
00:54:36116. And fear God, that you may be successful.
00:54:42117. And beware of the Fire which has been prepared for the disbelievers
00:54:52118. And obey God and the Messenger so that you may receive mercy.
00:55:00118. And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and a Paradise as wide as the heavens and the earth, prepared for the righteous.
00:55:20119. Those who spend in prosperity and adversity, and those who restrain anger and pardon people; and God loves the doers of good.
00:55:44110. And those who, when they commit an immorality or wrong themselves, remember God and seek forgiveness for their sins
00:56:01111. So they sought forgiveness for their sins - and who can forgive sins except God? - and they did not persist in what they did while they knew.
00:56:19112. Those will have their reward: forgiveness from their Lord and gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide eternally. Excellent is the reward of the workers.
00:56:47113. There have already passed away before you. So travel through the land and see how was the end of those who denied the truth.
00:57:04114. This is a clear statement to mankind, a guidance and an admonition to the righteous.
00:57:16115. Do not lose heart or grieve, for you will have the upper hand if you are true believers.
00:57:30116. If a wound afflicts you, a similar wound has afflicted the enemy.
00:57:43117. And such days We alternate among people so that God may distinguish those who have believed and take from among you martyrs.
00:58:03117. And Allah does not love the wrongdoers.
00:58:10118. And that God may test those who believe and destroy the disbelievers
00:58:22118. Or do you think that you will enter Paradise while Allah has not yet made evident those of you who strive in His cause?
00:58:38119. And He knows the patient
00:58:42110. You longed for death before it came to you, and you saw it with your own eyes.
00:59:03111. And Muhammad is but a messenger; other messengers have passed away before him.
00:59:15112. If he dies or is killed, will you then turn back on your heels?
00:59:25111. And whoever turns back on his heels will not harm God at all, but God will reward the grateful.
00:59:41112. And no soul can die except by permission of Allah, a decree determined.
00:59:54113. Whoever desires worldly reward, We will give him thereof; and We will reward the grateful.
01:00:13114. And like any prophet, many devoted men fought alongside him, and they did not falter when afflicted by what befell them in the cause of God, nor did they weaken or submit.
01:00:41115. And God loves those who are at the forefront.
01:00:48116. Their only words were, “Our Lord, forgive us our sins and our transgressions.”
01:01:06117. And make our feet firm and give us victory over the disbelieving people.
01:01:20118. So God gave them the reward of this world and the good reward of the Hereafter.
01:01:30119. And God loves those who do good.
01:01:36110. O you who have believed, if you obey those who disbelieve, they will turn you back on your heels, and you will become losers.
01:01:57111. But God is your protector, and He is the best of helpers.
01:02:07112. We will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve because of what they have associated with Allah, for which no authority has been humbled.
01:02:24113. Their abode is Hell.
01:02:30114. And wretched is the abode of the wrongdoers.
01:02:35115. And God had indeed fulfilled His promise to you when you were killing them by His permission, until when you lost heart and disagreed about the matter
01:02:54116. And you disobeyed after He had shown you what you loved.
01:03:09117. Some of you desire this world, and some of you desire the Hereafter.
01:03:22118. Then He turned you away from them to test you, and He has already forgiven you. And Allah is full of bounty to the believers.
01:03:40119. When you ascend and pay no heed to anyone, and the Messenger calls you from behind, He rewards you with grief upon grief.
01:04:02110. So He repaid you with sorrow upon sorrow, so that you would not grieve over what you missed or what happened to you.
01:04:20111. And God is All-Aware of what you do.
01:04:27112. Then He sent down upon you, after the distress, security and drowsiness overcoming a group of you.
01:04:46113. And a group who are preoccupied with themselves think falsely about God, thinking like the people of ignorance.
01:05:06114. They say, "Do we have any say in the matter?"
01:05:15115. Say, "Indeed, the matter belongs entirely to Allah."
01:05:21116. They conceal within themselves what they do not reveal to you.
01:05:31117. They say, "If we had any say in the matter, we would not have been killed here."
01:05:43117. Say, "Even if you had been in your homes, those for whom death was decreed would have gone forth to their places of death."
01:05:59118. And that God may test what is in your hearts
01:06:06119. And let him examine what is in your hearts
01:06:11110. And God is All-Knowing of what is in the hearts.
01:06:19111. Those of you who turned away on the day the two armies met
01:06:29111. Satan only caused them to slip because of some of what they had earned.

01:06:49113. And God has forgiven them.
01:06:53114. God is Forgiving and Clement
01:07:00115. O you who have believed, do not be like those who disbelieved and said to their brothers when they traveled through the land or went on campaign
01:07:21116. Or they were invaders. If they had been with us, they would not have died or been killed, so that God would make that a source of regret in their hearts.
01:07:42117. And God gives life and causes death.
01:07:48118. And God is All-Seeing of what you do.
01:07:55118. And if you are killed in the cause of God or die, then forgiveness from God and mercy are better than whatever they accumulate.
01:08:16119. And whether you die or are killed, to God you will be gathered.
01:08:27119. So by the mercy of God you were gentle with him
01:08:36110. And if you were to forgive those around him
01:08:47110. So pardon them, ask forgiveness for them, and consult with them in the matter.
01:08:57111. So when you have made a decision, put your trust in God.
01:09:04112. God loves those who put their trust in Him.
01:09:12113. If God helps you, none can overcome you.
01:09:21114. And if He warns you, who is there that can help you after Him?
01:09:33115. And upon God let the believers put their trust.
01:09:41116. It is not for a prophet to act unfaithfully.
01:09:47117. And whoever steals will bring what he stole on the Day of Resurrection.
01:09:54117. Then every soul will be fully recompensed for what it has earned, and they will not be wronged.
01:10:03118. Is one who follows the pleasure of God like one who incurs the wrath of God and whose abode is Hell? And wretched is the destination.
01:10:21118. They are of varying ranks with God, and God is All-Seeing of what they do.
01:10:34119. God has indeed been gracious to the believers by sending among them a Messenger from themselves, reciting to them His verses and purifying them.
01:10:49119. And He enlightens them and teaches them the Book and wisdom, although before they were in manifest error.
01:11:06110. When a calamity befell you, even though you had inflicted twice as much [on the enemy], you said, “From where did this come?” Say, “It is from yourselves.” Indeed, God is over all things competent.
01:11:34Almighty
01:11:36111. And what befell you on the day the two armies met was by permission of God, so that He might make the believers know.
01:11:48112. And so that those who were hypocrites may know, and it was said to them, "Come, fight in the cause of God or raise up," they said, "If we knew of fighting, we would have followed you."
01:12:08113. They will be closer to disbelief on that day than to faith.
01:12:16114. They say with their mouths what is not in their hearts, and God knows best what they conceal.
01:12:29115. Those who said to their brothers, while they themselves sat back, “If they had obeyed us, they would not have been killed.”
01:12:40116. Say, "Then avert death from yourselves, if you are truthful."
01:12:50117. And never think that those who have been killed in the cause of God are dead.
01:13:01118. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision.
01:13:09119. Rejoicing in what God has bestowed upon them of His bounty, and they are glad for those who have not yet joined them from among those who came after them.
01:13:36110. They will have no fear, nor will they grieve.
01:13:42111. They rejoice in the favor and bounty of God, and that God does not waste the reward of the believers.
01:13:57112. Those who responded to God and the Messenger after they had been wounded
01:14:09113. For those of them who do good and are righteous, there is a great reward.
01:14:17114. Those to whom people said, “Indeed, the people have gathered against you, so fear them.” But it [only] increased them in faith, and they said, “Sufficient for us is Allah, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs.”
01:14:38115. So they returned with favor from God and bounty, no harm having touched them, and they pursued the pleasure of God. And God is the possessor of great bounty.
01:15:00116. That is only Satan who frightens his allies. So do not fear them, but fear Me, if you are believers.
01:15:19117. And let not those who hasten into disbelief deter you.
01:15:28117. They will not harm God in the least.
01:15:35118. God intends that they should have no share in the Hereafter, and for them is a great punishment.
01:15:48119. And let not those who disbelieve think that what We prolong for them is better for themselves.
01:16:17110. We only give them respite so that they may increase in sin, and for them is a humiliating punishment.
01:16:31111. God would not leave the believers in the state you are in until He distinguishes the wicked from the good.
01:16:45112. And it is not for God to reveal to you the unseen, but God chooses from among His messengers whom He wills.
01:17:01113. So believe in God and His messengers. And if you believe and fear God, then you will have a great reward.
01:17:14114. And let not those who withhold what God has bestowed upon them of His bounty think that it is better for them; rather, it is worse for them.
01:17:33115. They will be encircled by what they hoarded on the Day of Resurrection. And to Allah belongs the inheritance of the heavens and the earth, and Allah is All-Aware of what you do.
01:17:51116. God has heard the words of those who said, “God is poor, but we are rich.”
01:18:05117. We will punish them for what they said and for killing the prophets unjustly, and we will say, "Taste the punishment of the burning fire."
01:18:22117. That is because of what your hands have put forth, and God is not unjust to His servants.
01:18:33118. Those who said, “God has commanded us not to believe in any messenger until he brings us an offering that fire consumes.”
01:18:54119. Say, "Messengers came to you before me with clear proofs and with what you have said. So why did you kill them, if you are truthful?"
01:19:13110. If they deny you, then messengers before me were also denied with clear proofs, scriptures, and the enlightening Book.
01:19:30111. Every soul will taste death
01:19:37112. You will only be given your full reward on the Day of Resurrection. So whoever is removed from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has certainly attained success.
01:19:55113. And the life of this world is nothing but the enjoyment of delusion.
01:20:05114. You will surely reach a point of harm to your wealth and your lives, and you will surely hear much abuse from those who were given the Scripture before you and from those who associate others with Allah.
01:20:27115. But if you are patient and fear God, that is of the matters requiring determination.
01:20:38116. And when God took a covenant from those who were given the Scripture, [saying]: “You must make it clear to the people and not conceal it.”
01:20:53117. And do not conceal it, but cast it behind your backs and sold it for a paltry price.
01:21:06118. So cursed be what they buy.
01:21:10119. Do not think that those who rejoice in water and love to be praised for what they have not done are the ones who are truly good.
01:21:25110. So do not think that they are safe from punishment.
01:21:41111. And for them is a painful punishment
01:21:47112. To God belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth.
01:21:53113. And God is capable of all things.
01:21:59114. Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alternation of the night and the day are signs for those of understanding.
01:22:14115. Those who remember God while standing, sitting, and lying on their sides, and reflect upon the creation of the heavens and the earth
01:22:32116. Our Lord, You did not create this in vain; glory be to You! Then protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
01:22:50117. Our Lord, whoever You admit to the Fire, You have seized him, and the wrongdoers will have no helpers.
01:23:07118. Our Lord, indeed we have heard a caller calling to faith, saying, 'Believe in your Lord,' and we have believed.
01:23:23119. Our Lord, forgive us our sins and absolve us of our misdeeds and cause us to die with the righteous.
01:23:37110. Our Lord, grant us what You promised us through Your messengers and do not forsake us on the Day of Resurrection.
01:23:48111. You do not break your promise.
01:23:56112. So their Lord responded to them, “I will not let the work of any worker among you, whether male or female, be lost; you are of one another.”
01:24:16113. As for those who emigrated and were driven out of their homes and were harmed in My cause and fought and were killed, I will surely forgive them their misdeeds.
01:24:34114. I will surely forgive them their sins and admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow, as a reward from God, and with God is the best reward.
01:25:00115. Do not be deceived by the prosperity of the disbelievers throughout the land.
01:25:09116. A brief enjoyment, then their abode is Hell, and wretched is the resting place.
01:25:20117. But those who fear their Lord will have gardens beneath which rivers flow, abiding eternally therein, as a gift from God and what is with God.
01:25:43Good for the righteous
01:25:45118. And among the People of the Scripture are those who believe in God and in what was revealed to you and what was revealed to them, being humbly submissive to God.
01:26:05119. They are humble before God and do not exchange God's verses for a paltry price.
01:26:15110. Those will have their reward with their Lord.
01:26:23111. God is swift in reckoning.
01:26:29112. O you who have believed, persevere and endure and remain steadfast and fear Allah that you may be successful
