01:56It's very important for her to be there in the Baltics
01:58with a clear message that the EU is not going to back off
02:01under Russia's threats,

02:05over the past couple of weeks.
02:07Just a few days ago,
02:08Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service
02:10accused the Baltic states of Russophobia,
02:13threatening them.
02:14Then on Monday, Vladimir Putin,
02:15Russia's president,
02:16signed officially the bill
02:17that practically allows him
02:19to invade other countries
02:20under the false pretext
02:21of protecting Russian citizens
02:23and Russia's speaking population.
02:25Now, mind you,
02:26this is exactly the same false pretext

02:29in all of their invasions of Ukraine
02:32back in 2014 with Eastern Ukraine
02:34and the annexation of Crimea

03:15And it sends very clear message
03:17that democratic Belarus
03:18is with Ukraine,
03:20that our people are allies,
03:22not enemies.
03:23and Ukraine defends today
03:25not only itself,
03:26it defends the entire region
03:28from Russian imperialism,
03:30and Belarusian understands
03:31this very well.
03:33Of course,
03:33we welcome all the efforts
03:35of all democratic world
03:36to bring peace and stability
03:38into our region,
03:39but this peace deal
03:40has to be just
03:41and long-lasting,
