The silhouette of the ID. Polo GTI is powerful and clean. A stabilizing element is the straight window line. Perhaps the most recognizable VW design feature in the silhouette is the C-pillar, derived from the first Golf. It clearly states: This is a Volkswagen. The rear is also strikingly designed: The GTI features a roof spoiler that is split in the middle. The ID. Polo GTI's lighting design is characterized by the standard "IQ.LIGHT" version of the taillights, whose two outer LED elements are three-dimensional. The transparent area between them and the VW logo are also illuminated in red on the GTI. The two-part, black rear diffuser is a powerful design element. Even without the three iconic letters on the rear, this model is unmistakably a GTI.
