01:09I am very happy to visit Lord Venkateshwara temple in Pirupati today.
01:15And what is special today for me is that I have climbed the steps from Alipiri to Tirumula.
01:22Which almost took me 4 hours.
01:25Almost 3400 steps.
01:26And it has been something which I have been doing since childhood.
01:29Since my father has been getting us here as kids.
01:34So we used to walk all the way.
01:36I have walked many times in the last 10 years as a member of parliament also.
01:39For the first time after becoming a central minister.
01:42I have come with my family especially my young kids.
01:46My daughter and my son.
01:48And it is always a very divine experience walking the steps.
01:53And with my friends.
01:54And I have also had the opportunity to talk to many of the devotees who have been coming on the
01:59steps.
02:00They are all so happy.
02:02So excited.
02:04So overwhelmed.
02:05So excited.
02:05By that divine vibration.
02:07This whole place of Tirupati and Tirumula that has.
02:10This is one of the most strongest spiritual destinations that we have.
02:16Not only in the country but also in the world.
02:19One of the highest visited temples also in the world.
02:24And I just wish that the demands, the wishes the people have.
02:33Lord Venkateshwara with his blessings.

02:38Will give all the help that we all need.

03:36They are all being celebrated.
03:37This is a culture.
03:38That defines our country.
03:41So it is important to protect it.
03:43To nurture it.
03:43To pass it on to the next generations.

03:49Will be like this for the future also.

04:35And I have seen while I was walking.
04:36When I was talking to other devotees also.
04:38I would like to take the example of one student.
04:41He is not even 20 years old.
04:43He has been walking on his knees on the steps.
04:46If you walk for three steps.
04:48I just did three steps.
04:49And it is the most difficult task.
04:51Physically difficult task.
04:53But he has been walking the steps.
04:54And the total number of steps here is 3400.
04:58And I appreciated him.

05:01To have that kind of will power.

05:03People feel that.
05:04Why people do all these things.
05:05Walking on the knees.
05:06But I would like to say.
05:07That God is giving him the will power.
05:09To take on any kind of challenges.
